The first time you connect to something it is the level of Keter. The seed of everything that it contains.
You first connection with the sacred text brought you to the Tree of Life. After that you 'dropped' to the real world where you need to work to achieve that level again.
That experience left you with a big desire for more of the same. But now it is not as easy.
The gift is that you KNOW that there is a great light to reach for. Keep working on it and when you get distracted is because of the negative side want to 'milk' your energy before you get there.
Expect 'downs' because this is how the spiritual system work and always remeber the first connection and the great love it contains.

First time I offered chocolate to my little girl she didn't want to touch it but after she did, she keeps coming for it.
If you are reading the Daily Zohar for a while you know that Malchut was eleveated to Binah to get the same shape and Light but on the way down the Light of Binah left behind and Malchut left only with the desire to go back to it.

The Daily Zohar scanning is here to support our spiritual immune system by connecting to the higher levels on a daily basis. There is no Daily Zohar on Shabbat because then we are already in Binah.

Kae's right. Thank you, Zion Nefesh, for your elegant commentary and for your unfailing daily gift of presentation.

Every day is a presentation of our joy for others.

The clarity of your remarks makes shabbat comprehensible to me - after nearly seventy years!

I like the saying from the sages, “Whoever does the work before Shabbat, eats on Shabbat”. I believe it strongly. Every action counts!

Thank you, Zion. I will do my best to help keep the "gates" opened, not just for me, but for everyone.

God bless you.

I am just a humble channel for the light of the Zohar. It is all comes from above when I study the Zohar and share with everyone. It is not me, its the Light. Thank God for it.
Got to keep the "gates" open.

Thank you for this brilliant, illuminating commentary!

Elegant simplicity, clarity and wisdom....like a great work of art,
physics theory, line of poetry, aria or jazz riff...resonates in
the heart and mind.
