The water's DNA has the memory of the water of creation but during the generations we 'corrupted' the water and they have the ability to kill. In Mashiach time that element of negativity will be removed form the water and everything else and we'll be able to 'breath' inside water. Water created from the word of God therefore the Hebrew letters can affect them significantly. The blessing over the water is "Shehakol Nihya B'devaro" which means "everything was made with his words/utterance". That blessing connects the water in our hands to the words of creation when it was in pure state. It is important to say the blessing on the water and meditate on it before drinking. For the Mikveh, the upper water should come from rain and should enter (touch) the Mikveh without human touch. If we do then it loses the purity and the Mikveh is not Kosher. You can not fill up the Mikveh with bottles of pure spring water for the same reason. It maybe pure on the physical level but the spiritual part of it is already contaminated. Cancer relates to spiritual process. The fetus in the womb has cancer cells (at the very beginning stage) because they are indestructible and vital for initial development. Cancer cells outside the womb are different in their spiritual essence. A person with Cancer, can use the Mikveh for rejuvenation of his body, especially while in the process of chemotherapy or radiation.
