Holy Zohar text. Daily Zohar -366.

Tikkun 21 – 107

When we are not drawing the light from below, the spirit, Ruach רוח, of God comes down with judgment as it is said in Jonah 1:4 “ וַיהוָה, הֵטִיל רוּחַ-גְּדוֹלָה אֶל-הַיָּם, וַיְהִי סַעַר-גָּדוֹל, בַּיָּם; וְהָאֳנִיָּה, חִשְּׁבָה לְהִשָּׁבֵר”
“But YHVH hurled a great wind into the sea, and there was a mighty storm in the sea, and the ship was about to be broken”

The story of Jonah is analogy to the process of the soul in life. Jonah didn’t want to follow his mission and YHVH was ‘upset’. (It is only in our perception but YHVH is NEVER upset)

If a ship or a marine vessel appears in your dreams, it represents your soul. The size and beauty of the ship reveals the current state of your soul. If you see yourself entering a big ship it means that you received or will receive added light and protection in the future.

When we don’t follow our work in life, it brings judgment on us. When we are ready with our vessel for the light to come in, it enters in balance and if we are not, then the light that is intended to support our work goes to the Klipa, which is the negative side.

Our preparation for the light should take place on all three levels of the soul, Nefesh, Ruah and Neshamah. With our thoughts and mind we are open for the light to come and guide us and that is the level of Neshama. In our hearts, which is the soul level of Ruach, we receive the guidance on how to make the action. With our body we finalize the action and this is the level of Nefesh.

Our spiritual connections and continuous study prepare our vessel for the light to come in balance. It keeps our mind and heart in purity and our actions bring only good outcome to our tikkun process.

Great information on that one Zion. Toda, thank you! Or should I say like I also ask my teacher when he hits certain subjects from time to time,”what are you trying to tell me”? :)

    All the best,
    Shimon..

We all try to ‘run away’ from our Tikkun process. But the light won’t let us get away with it, ESPECIALLY we we decide to follow the spiritual path.
The work is like a plain taking off the ground. First step to go on the runway is easy and fun then we want to take off but we must speed up to overcome the gravity that we used to. We know that in order to go up we must put all the effort. Even when we are off the ground still we need to find storms and clouds that disturb us on the way up. Then we pass the cloud and we see the clarity and the beautiful light above the cloud. Even then we need to maintain steady effort to stay above the cloud other wise we fall down.
      Enjoy your flight.
      Love, Zion

Dear Zion,- you say : if we are not ready to receive light , it goes to the klipa , the negative side . My question – what is the light causing there ? light stays light , I think

Thank you for the question Moshe,
The light is the light as you say. The same thing with th epower of electricity. We can use it to build and we can use it to destroy. The light is the life force inside of us. we can do good with every breath or chas V’shalom can do bad.
The life process / tikkun is planned for us before we were born and we receive many opportunities in the course of our lives to correct ‘flaws’ in our soul. If we ‘miss’ on them it cause a judgement to be pending on us.
In the ‘Kol Nidrei’ prayer and the ‘Anulment of the vows’ (Hatarat Nedarim) that we do in Rosh Hashanah and Yom Kippur we attempt to remove judgement that we accomulate due to missing on light energy we received to work our correction.

I hope this answered your question. Please feel free to ask follow up questions.

    Beautiful, thank you!

I understand what you mean very well. The flight can get very bumpy and rough from time to time as well, especially when on the spiritual path. The more powerful of the work being done, the harder the opponent strikes back! A constant non-ending battle to the end.

    Love and blessings,
    Shimon..
