Daily Zohar #352 – The wars over the name

Tikkun 21 – 93

When the Israelites crossed the sea leaving the Egyptians and Pharaoh’s army swallowed in the sea behind them, it was their breaking of negativity and starting a life of freedom from slavery.
Then they sang the Song of the Sea that is the aspect of the final redemption. They left the bondage of the Egyptians to work on bringing all people of the world to the consciousness of the Israelites, the Torah and the central column.

The Song starts with “אָז יָשִׁיר-מֹשֶׁה וּבְנֵי יִשְׂרָאֵל אֶת-הַשִּׁירָה הַזֹּאת, לַיהוָה”
” Then Moses will sing with the children of Israel this song unto YHVH…”

The song, which is a form of prayer, that was sung after crossing the sea was a connection to the final redemption. Then Moses will lead the Israelites for the final time out of the final exile, which is the blindness and disconnection from the light. Then he will connect זֹּאת, which is Malchut, and the name ADNY to the name YHVH as one יאהדונהי.
The four letters YHVH are for the Holy creatures of the upper chariot and four letters of ADNY represent the four holy creatures of the lower chariot. The eight letters are represented by the word אז, with numerical value of 8 and is the first letter of the song. It implies to the unification of the upper and lower levels as one.
The song has 10 levels that will ascend to Keter and pave the way to Mashiach to come down.
Like the days before the Exodus, we will have to break negativity and wars will come to be on all four levels on the upper and lower levels. This explains the verse that we recite at the end of every connection.
“עוֹשֶׂה שָׁלוֹם בִּמְרוֹמָיו, הוּא בְרַחֲמָיו יַעֲשֶׂה שָׁלוֹם עלינו ועַל כָּל יִשְׂרָאֵל”
“The maker of peace in heavens, with his mercy will make peace on us and on all Israel”
The word for peace in Hebrew שָׁלוֹם is and comes from the same root as the word שלם ‘complete’ and ‘whole’.

The wars are ways of the negativity to connect to the light. Since they do not have light of their own, they make war against those who are connected to it and have the light with them. They will conduct wars on all four levels of the name ADNY, אדני. Mashiach will come at the final stage of the process when all will be under great suffering. He will rule earth and remove all negativity.

Once they are removed, the way for the final unification will be cleared and YHVH will unite with ADNY forever. The light and the vessel will be one. As it is said in Zecharia 14:9
“ וְהָיָה יְהוָה לְמֶלֶךְ, עַל-כָּל-הָאָרֶץ; בַּיּוֹם הַהוּא, יִהְיֶה יְהוָה אֶחָד–וּשְׁמוֹ אֶחָד”
“And YHVH will be King over all the earth; in that day shall YHVH be One, and His name one”

When the light of the unification will begin to flow, the process of the resurrection of the dead will begin.

Daily Zohar #250 – Manna

Israelites are like pure olive oil that comes out after crushing the olive זית, which is in the aspect of the body parts that represent the letters YHV יהו. Those letters are the vessels for the light of the soul in the levels of Nefesh, Ruach and Neshamah. They come out in Yessod, which is the sign of the Covenant, ברית, to bring beneficence to the Shechina that is called גד, GD, numerical value 7.
The secret of this is in Numbers 11:7 “and the Manna was like seed of GD…”.

The Manna came down from the supernal as a bright matter that could be manifested as whatever the people would like it to be. Exodus 16:14 “וַתַּעַל, שִׁכְבַת הַטָּל”, the Manna came down as ‘Dew’, טל, value of 39 like the value of YHV in the name of Zeir Anpin יוד הא ואו.
With the 10 letters of Zeir Anpin as Y in Yessod the GD becomes GYD גיד. This is the name of the man’s p-nis that transfer the light from Yessod to the Vessel, Malchut.

The unification of Zeir Anpin and Malchut bring the blessings of the Manna from the supernal and can manifest in any thing that we choose to.

The גיד, GYD that is the channel of Yessod, has numerical value of 17, which is equal to ‘Good’, טוב. Yessod is also called כל and together it makes כל טוב, meaning all that is good. Numerical value is 67 as in ZYN זין as the spelled name of the seventh letter ז , which is constructed from the letter Vav and a crown to signify the channel with the source of its light.

All our spiritual connections should be with the consciousness of unifying Zeir Anpin and Malchut.
All of our physical unification should be with the consciousness to draw the Light and transfer it to the vessel, enjoy the blessing of the ‘Manna’ and manifest it in our lives.

Daily Zohar #235 – For I am love-sick

Malchut is the female, vessel, wife, Shechina, and Zeir Anpin is the Male, channel, husband, the Light. Malchut has the desire to connect to her husband to draw the creative light force of Chokmah.

The Song of Songs is the expression of this aspect.

It is only through our work below that makes this connection possible.

The lily with the white and red colors represent right and left column. The scent of it is the central column.

Song of Songs 2:5
“סַמְּכוּנִי בָּאֲשִׁישׁוֹת רַפְּדוּנִי בַּתַּפּוּחִים: כִּי-חוֹלַת אַהֲבָה אָנִי”

Special note;
While looking on the Internet for English translation to this verse, I found many of them but not even one that is close to the literal meaning. I couldn’t accept any of the translations to bring it here.

See at the bottom of this article 14 different translations. We learn from this how unique the word of God is. It is not a collection of stories but all are codes of gold to dig out. It also shows the power of the Hebrew letters as building blocks of this world.

Remember that when you read a translation of the Bible and especially of the Torah, you can see only the shadow of it. ONLY the Hebrew letters reveal the code within every word and its position in the Torah. All the other languages are good human communication systems like the way I communicate with you here. Read the translation only to get the general picture, scan the Hebrew text to connect to its essence, scan the Zohar to connect to its energy, study the text from this site and others to cleanse your soul, to absorb the energy deeper and manifest it in your life. This is the only way you can elevate your soul to the next level.

Here is my translation/explanation of this verse, the way the Zohar is teaching us.

Support me with the fire of man and woman’s connection, surround me with the light of Chassadim by bringing the right and left columns together as central column. Connect the dots of lights as one of truth and love. Without this love I am disconnected from my husband, the Light of love.

אֲשִׁישׁוֹת is איש, man and אישה, woman that connect with their inner fire of love, to bring down the light.

תַּפּוּחִים, are apples that have the colors or white, red and green in one whole, to represent the connection of the right and left to make the central column. (This fact reveals the energy of balance in the apple and its great health value)

חוֹלַת, and חולה meaning sick is gimatria = 49. This number represents a missing light. It doesn’t have the 50th step to allow connection to Binah . (Week days (not Shabbat) are called 44=חול, Empty space is called חלל).

אַהֲבָה , meaning love = 13

אָנִי , meaning me, myself, this word represents the ‘trunk’ of the Tree of Life.

The Shechina is longing for the love of her husband to bring down light to support all her children. This verse is telling us to connect the light and vessel with love in order to be complete and one with the Tree of Life.

English translations to Song of Songs 2:5

  • Stay me up with flowers, compass me about with apples: because I languish with love.
  • Strengthen me with raisins, refresh me with apples, for I am faint with love.
  • Strengthen me with raisin cakes, refresh me with apples, for I am weak with love.
  • “Sustain me with raisin cakes, Refresh me with apples, Because I am lovesick.
  • Strengthen me with raisins and refresh me with apples because I am weak from love.
  • Stay me with flagons, comfort me with apples: for I am sick of love.
  • Stay ye me with raisins, refresh me with apples; For I am sick from love.
  • Make me strong with wine-cakes, let me be comforted with apples; I am overcome with love.
  • Stay me up with flowers, compass me about with apples: because I languish with love.

Daily Zohar #230 – The Mikveh for immortality

Before we connect to the supernal for spiritual cleansing, we need to remove the lower level negativity by going through the 7 levels of the Malchut to Chessed.

A woman waits for 7 days of purity on the physical level before going for spiritual cleansing in the Mikveh. As Malchut she connects to her husband, Zeir Anpin to draw the upper light for blessing and continuation of light in the world.

The 7 day wait guarantees that she goes through one Shabbat and touch the energy of Binah. The man should cleanse in the Mikveh before Shabbat for his connection to Binah.

The whole body of a person should be totally under the water to be able to remove the negativity. When under the water it’s like being inside the womb of a mother and this mother is Binah.
The impure system can not exist under the water.

There are different meditations when immersing in the Mikveh. Especially for men they should start with (Numbers 10:32)
“קוּמָה יְהוָה, וְיָפֻצוּ אֹיְבֶיךָ, וְיָנֻסוּ מְשַׂנְאֶיךָ, מִפָּנֶיךָ”
“Rise up, YHVH, and let your enemies be scattered; and let them that hate you flee before you.”

The first word has the same letters of Mikveh“מקוה”.

Then from Zechariah 13:2 “וְאֶת-רוּחַ הַטֻּמְאָה, אַעֲבִיר מִן-הָאָרֶץ”
“…and the unclean spirit I will cause to pass out of the land”

These thirteen words have the power to remove the impurity attached us due to active or passive negative actions.

The highest connection between the light and the vessel is achieved on Shavuot.

After 7 weeks, which is 7 times 7, on the 50th day we do a special spiritual cleansing. In the first part we read 24 segments from the bible that are called “decorations of the bride”. This connection brings us to the event of the giving of the Torah and Mount Sinai and the energy of immortality.

To achieve that energy for the whole year, a person should stay awake all through the night and immerse in the Mikveh in the early morning with the consciousness of connecting the light and the vessel, Zeir Anpin and Malchut, the Torah and Israelites, the body and soul.

Sleeping is an experience of 1/60 part of death. If the soul leaves the body to sleep, even for one minute, negativity is attached to it immediately and corrupts the connection to the light of immortality on that special night.

To reach this night there is a process of Counting of the Omer for 49 days.

The Holy Ari said that fulfilling these conditions guarantee a person, protection from all harms for the whole year or until the next Rosh Hashanah.
We repeat this process until we merit the immortality state as described in Isaiah 25:8 “בִּלַּע הַמָּוֶת לָנֶצַח” “He will swallow up death for ever”

Daily Zohar #229 – Earth, Water, Air and Fire

The unification of Zeir Anpin and Malchut require a purification of the vessel in order to receive the Light and it must be through water.

The prayer of Shema Israel has 248 words, which relates to the body. רחם, Womb, is the place where a child grows in concealment until it is ready to come out to the world. The womb must be full with water to protect the process of continuous growth. The spiritual transformation into physical requires water. Our body is over 3 quarters water for that reason, if we lose some of it then our life is in danger because the water is life.
To cleanse our spiritual essence we need to immerse in a body of water that cannot be below a specific size in order to be used as a tool of spiritual cleansing. It is called a Mikveh. A large natural body of water is also good. The water must be a combination of lower waters and upper waters (rain). This connects Malchut to Binah and with all that comes inside, that connection is purified.

A seed of a man is actually a drop of water that comes from Binah down to Malchut. In the special meeting in the dark, the soul can come from the supernal levels and connect to the lower physical level.

Water was created from the word of God that when the 10 Sefirot as the letter Yod, י, mixed with the Light אור, it created the Air, אויר. It continued in the condensing process from spiritual to material, it created water that was separated to upper and lower water.

Water includes all the four elements in itself, Water, Air as the form when it is evaporated, an attribute that reveals the light in the water. The desire to spread out is part of the water and if not frozen it will always seek to go back to its original state of spread out light.
The Earth part can be found in the minerals that are in the water. They are the elements that connect the water to ‘earthly’ energy.
Fire is the natural temperature of the water that lets it evaporate at any non-freeze state.

Water contains all the energy the world needs. Recent discoveries tell us how to transform water into energy. As kabbalists we are not surprised that the molecular weight of water is 18, which is Chai, Life, חי.
When are you going to dip in the Mikveh, Ocean, spring or Lake?

Daily Zohar #225 – My sister, my wife, my dove, my flawless one

When we prepare for Shabbat and elevate it with our consciousness and actions, we are opt to receive more from its light.

Song of Songs 5:2 “פִּתְחִי-לִי אֲחֹתִי רַעְיָתִי יוֹנָתִי תַמָּתִי–שֶׁרֹּאשִׁי נִמְלָא-טָל, קְוֻצּוֹתַי רְסִיסֵי לָיְלָה.”
“…Open for me, my sister, my wife, my dove, my flawless one my head is filled with dew, my hair with the drops of the night”

The Zohar quotes this verse to show the desire of Zeir Anpin to connect to Malchut and deliver the light.

Our work fills our spiritual vessel with the light in the level of Zeir Anpin and on Shabbat it has the opportunity to connect to Malchut and transfer the light. We need to be ready with purity and rest to be able to receive that light at a higher state. The stronger the connection, the more blessings this light can bring in.

The unification of Zeir Anpin and Malchut is done on the holy level of Binah. Binah is a female aspect and it represents the desire of the Creator to bring the light to Malchut. A man and a woman’s connection on Friday night opens the gate for the light of Binah to fill the unification with blessings.

The verse above describes the light knocking on the door of his beloved one using 4 terms of endearment “אֲחֹתִי רַעְיָתִי יוֹנָתִי תַמָּתִי” . The first letter of each ארית sums up to 611, which is the same as Torah תורה, which is Zeir Anpin. This is to tell us that all connection should be following the guide of the Torah.

Friday night is also the best time for the father (as Zeir Anpin) to bless his children.

Daily Zohar #195 – Please rise to the light

The unification of supernal Father and Mother is represented by the names YHVH יהוה (Chokmah, Right column) and AHYH אהיה (Binah, Left Column). When we are in the standing silent prayer we connect to the unified name יאההויהה with the power of our consciousness. The other unification of יהוה and אדני as יאהדונהי is formed at the level of Da’at.
When we pray, we first need to elevate our consciousness to the highest level to create the upper unification that brings the second unification at the lower level and creates action.

When reaching the higher level, the body should be in standing position. The soul activates the self anti gravity force. (The force that holds the body vertical and prevents the body from falling down).

To understand the process, think about the two parts of the brain. Right and left (Chokmah and Binah, logic/plan and emotion) come together to form a complete vision of the next process. This activates the middle brain and the rest of the nerve system to move us into action and results.

Daily Zohar #168 – Friday night date with Binah

The sin of Adam and Eve brought mortality to them and the whole world. Part of the correction process to this is that the woman has the Mitzvah of making Challah for Shabbat. She needs to separate a small piece from the dough, which represents the light of the upper three Sefirot that was lost because of the sin.
Another corrective action is the lighting of the candles before Shabbat to draw the upper light to make unification of Binah and Malchut.

Friday night is the best time for a man and a woman to unify with love. When connecting with love and spiritual consciousness, it bring them closer to each other and draws the light of Binah through the man that represents Zeir Anpin to Malchut. This unification also draws from the original blessing that God gave Adam and Eve on Friday, the day they were created.

When the time of the unification of Zeir Anpin and Malchut elevated to supernal Mother and Father, the four aspects of the Holy chariot awakened together with the soul of the righteous with all kind of singing and joy to welcome the daughter, which is Malchut. Their connection is in Holiness and it happen when the upper 3 Sefirot of Zeir Anpin join with Malchut in קדוש, קדוש, קדוש. That is 3 times ‘Holy’.

This state of holiness requires all the ten Sefirot to connect and draw the blessings for the unification.

At that time, King David, is awaken with the harp that plays by itself when the light of Chokmah from this connection connects to Malchut.

King David’s psalms has 10 different aspects to represent his connection from Malchut to all the Sefirot above. The harp that plays by itself is the effect of his desire for the light and higher connection.

The spiritual unification of upper and lower is like connecting the groom with the bride. The bride is Malchut and the Tefilin is like a golden crown on the head of the bride. The Tefilin of hand is the ring on her hand.
When the bride is decorated and ready, we invite the groom, that is Zeir Anpin, and they are in their wedding.

The spiritual connection that is always for the purpose of drawing the supernal light by unifying the light and vessel requires preparation and tools to achieve that.
A person in his connection represent Malchut and with the Tefilin and other tools he connects to Zeir Anpin. The Shema Yisarel prayer is drawing down the essense of the light from its root, which is supernal Father and Mother to the Mother, Binah and to Zeir Anpin.

In the unification of the Bride and Groom below we need to assemble 10 people with a leader to bless them with 7 blessings.while they are standing.
The angels of the blessings bring the holiness to the couple and elevate the soul of the groom to a higher level with the blessings over the Myrtal branches. The bride is silent during the connection as she represent Malchut and her meditation to be a vessel for the light channeled by the groom.

After the blessings and with the physical unification the groom meditate to transfer the level of the soul of Ruach to the bride. This create the flow of energy on the highest level between the couple and establish a strong bond on the soul level.
