Holy Zohar text. Daily Zohar -1113

“Let Israel rejoice in his Makers”

The Zohar teaches us that the ‘makers’ are our links to the spiritual source, which are YHVH and the Shechina. The father (Chokmah) and mother (Binah) as well as the parents that gave us birth are also part of the joy and happiness in our lives.
Connecting the male and female on all levels, creates flow of energy that brings us happiness.
The first word “יִשְׂמַח” of the verse above means ‘happy’ (in future tense). The letters spell “משיח” “Mashiach” and reveals the secret of true happiness because it is the state when the Light will join the vessel for continuous flow of light to the world.

When we connect with happiness to the source of light that gives or channels for us the life force, we actually connect to the light of Mashiach. Even if life seems like lying on a bed of nails pricking and bleeding out our bodies, we should be happy. It is part of our ‘work’ to achieve the final goal that is living in the time of Mashiach. It is a period of thousand years of enjoying the pleasures of the world of Malchut without the process of earning. The bed of nails will be gone forever.

The Zohar is the aspect of spiritual father and studying it is the vessel that draws this joyful (= great light) connection. Each time we ‘dig’ into a Torah verse and study its secrets, we reveal light. It brings us one step closer to our goal. Each Torah verse or Zohar paragraph that we study ‘polishes’ (=work, earning process) the ‘diamond’ (light of Torah and Zohar) and reveals greater light in our lives.

Feeling blessed in moment while translating DZ Zohar and then citatiton appears. And opening Torah book, look for Hebrew version and English version and my mother language version. Compare the texts. Pick the words, absorbing the comments on DZ and make translation. Then sometimes taking time and read after the translation verse before, verse after. sometimes even continue with whole sequence of verses. Still not aware of blessings and the meaning for release the pressure around? Sometimes just sense I have to do it. And even more to do: to make diary. But sometimes also questioning what impact has this, should I do something else and to turn focus on different kind of absorption. What influence has this on sorrounding so that pressures of daily banalisation would not be sensed in such intensitivity and turning to the seeds. Not just grab every opportunity or every word , defend but listen, and no fear or aditional pressure because of just listening and meditating. Some order, sequence of steps that have function of calming down and give up of battles that are never ending.

  2. avatar Reuven says:

Zion, my Hebrew is atrocious at best, but Baruch HaShem I am able to read in Hebrew. I noticed that in the initial text that we study there are many words with two zions (זז) is there a reason?

  3. avatar Lea says:

    @ Reuven
    Shalom Reuven,
it belongs to letter ח/chet as in חֶדְוָה/joy, delight.

It seems as double letter זז/zayin but looking better we see that on its top there is a kind of tiny ^ as a bridge linking both, creating letter ח/chet.
    As above, in portion 120:
    אוֹתָהּ חֶדְוָה שֶׁל יִשְׂרָאֵל אֵינָהּ, אֶלָּא בְּעֹשָׂיו
The same joy of Israel is not, but Their actions.

    Thanks a lot:)

    Dear Zion Nefesh,
Can a single person, who chooses to remain so, advance in their spiritual journey here as well as a married person or a person in a romantic relationship? Maybe it is up to the Creator to decide?; or maybe it is known already and if so, can you still share from your understanding or experience with others and from your own knowledge what you know regarding this matter, please?

To do or not to do, is it necessary, and if so for who?

Also, the Zohar and Torah are amazing. Please be encouraged and keep up the great works since more and more are coming home and many more still searching for the way. Bo.

Healing Light and Love to All

    • avatar Zion Nefesh says:

Each person is considered and complete world. A single person can do in the world more that a person that got married three time and had 20 children. We are as one body and if the hands do nothing no matter how strong and fast and far the legs can take us. The famous rabbi of Chabbad did not have children and marriage without children is not considered marriage. He taught so many that influence so many more. His teaching is still alive and strong. A candle had a body with limited energy but there is no limit to the light that it can share. All lights that come from one source are part of a ‘network’ that originated from one little light.

A single person should share his light with others and by adding to others he grow a ‘light tree’ that stems form him. Everyone that study Zohar should build his own tree of light without even checking how far it reaches. Just do it.

      Love to all.

      • avatar Zion Nefesh says:

I’d like to clarify that there is the spiritual aspect of marriage and while a couple may not have children they could be very successful in great sharing work that affects many people. Their marriage then can be called fruitful as the case with the Lubavitcher Rebbe.

  5. avatar Marina says:

Shalom & B”H! Well it is a little time I started to lissen dairy to the Zohar. It was a long time I was searching for this specially free of charge like this one. I can read Hebrew very slowly & Even it is still to fast for me I was able to follow… anyway in the last 10 days a lot of disasters happened around my life, including death of one person 37 years old who play music with me, which died apparentley for no reason. Healty & very good person non bed habit etc. The stream of bed things curry on happening : my old uncle fell from bed & has been taken to hospital bleeding from the head… I’ve got a little scared thinking what suddenly can have caused all of this.Someone told me the Kabbalah it is danger, or even here I found the tzadik will pay ,for the people who are not good. Well I live alone, observe Shabbat & pray & read Torah, but I’m surrounded by people of all kind & not religiuos… I hope I can see the light again… Bless you’ll! Marina

    • avatar Zion Nefesh says:

Dear Marina, The world around us is all chaos. People get used to it and they forget easily. The Zohar teaches us that people that die young are taken out of this world with mercy. They don’t need to go through a long Tikkun process. People that don;t study Kabbalah can not understand this concept. They hang to the temporary materiel body as if it can live forever. ONLY the soul can be immortal and ONLY at the time of the Resurrection the body can be totally healed and live for a thousand years (in perfect shape).

I don;t read the regular papers because they are full of negativity and chaos all around the world. The study of Kabbalah reduce it significantly. If we didn’t study Kabbalah the world would’ve been in worst situation.

Keep your daily study and beautiful music will come out of your heart. Your music partner is out of sufferings and wish you happiness and joy.

Here is an idea for a music piece. Call it ‘light out of chaos’. Play the ‘chaos’ of life and slowly inject brightness and light into it. Take your listeners in an awakening trip from gloom to bloom from darkness to light, from sadness to happiness.

      Love and blessings.

      • avatar Reuven says:

Zion, what do you mean by a body can live a thousand years? What happens after that?

      • avatar Daliah says:

        Hi

I strongly believe that everything happens for the good, even in times when our life is involved in chaos and suffering.
The outcome at the end is always good…

        Love D x

      • avatar Marina says:

Thanks for you reply, your words are healing & I agree with everything. I’m familiar with the chaos which it is inside everyone’s memory & I’m not afraid of it. Even if life is short I like it every time I’m alive, I remember before this time! After dark it is allways light which shines more because is dark outside! I can only make music when I have peace of mind…Still love life, still wish & wait for love, to live forever …Love, Blessings of light! B”H!

  6. avatar Chana Rivka says:

It is my understanding that a woman is like an empty vessel without a husband…? and that a man or a woman is not complete without the other -- From what little bit of Kabbalah I have studied, it seems that everything in the universe has to do with the male / female connection.

    • avatar Zion Nefesh says:

EVERYTHING is about light and vessel, desire to receive and desire to give/share. It is embedded in every fragmented piece f the world. Without it there is not life. The basic Atom wish to give from itself to another and join to form new identities. The woman is not empty, the lack of light makes her full with desire that without it there is not fruition and growth. Without women there is no continuation in the world and that means end of life.

It is not just about women. IN every aspect of our actions we have the male and female aspect. We need a desire (female aspect) to draw light (male aspect). Without the two we have paralysis.

  7. avatar Esther says:

Dear Zion Nefesh, your words hit the mark! Your lessons really help us to hear that music. I often had a dream about it. It looked like a divine singning ‘heard from the heart’ as you said. Im my situation it was often connected with a spritual teacher who gives me an advice or un unnown group of people studying the Torah. My deep appreciation to you!

  8. avatar doris alexander says:

so beautiful Zion it sounds like a poem.
    thank you
