Pinchas 131-133
Please read DZ 1116 before this

God replied to Moses telling him that he already has the Shechina with him and only he (Moses) can give it to Pinchas. The code to this conversation is revealed in the verse (Numbers 25:12) “ לָכֵן, אֱמֹר: הִנְנִי נֹתֵן לוֹ אֶת-בְּרִיתִי, שָׁלוֹם”
“Wherefore say: Behold, I give unto him My covenant of peace”

God gave Moses the ability to bestow on Pinchas the connection to the Shechina that gave Pinchas immortality. The keywords is when Moses was told to say “I give unto him”. It doesn’t say “God give Pinchas…”. Moses himself gave Pinchas the connection to the covenant and the Shechina.

The Zohar explains that we should not think for a moment that Moses lost something by giving Pinchas the covenant. It is like a candle that shares its light and never loses from itself.

This is a great lesson about sharing the light. Like Moses, we should always have in mind that everything is from the Light. Even if we have light that we earned previously with hard work. God can always take it from us for his own reason, meaning our Tikkun process.

The next lesson is that we can never lose earned light by sharing it with others. If we are asked to do something good and accept it, then if another person comes to share the action, we will lose nothing in letting him share the effort.

When we accept a work with whole heart, we create a vessel and the light comes and fulfills it. The first action lights the candle and when we share it with others we just add greater light to ourselves.

Sharing the Zohar study is very important for the soul. Each time we share it we should know that not only one person is affected but also the entire line of light is originated in you. When this person shares with another and another it can continue for many levels far in distance and in time.

I am not suggesting knocking on doors like Jehovah’s Witness used to do but you can simply share links on Facebook, Twitter or just forward emails, speak to people etc.

There are many people joining the Daily Zohar study following a link that someone shared on Facebook. Even if you don’t see or know the people who followed your link, you enjoy from the light he got connected to.

This is not a self promotion for the Daily Zohar. What ever enlightens you, share with others. All the wise and enlightening quotes from wise people are nice and you can share them but ONLY true connection to the Zohar has the power to remove darkness from the world.

    Likes it.

  2. Generally, my sharing what I learn here on DZ takes the form of what I do not do, rather than what I do. When I choose not to say something harsh (even when it’s true) I know that I’m sharing the Light, compared to the alternative. Maybe we could share those “ah-ha” moments when we choose not to do or say something in order to reflect the Light on our social media posts!

Thank you Lea! I just read the link to the message you placed with your name. When you mentioned leprosy, it brought to mind the movie I saw called ‘Moses’ starring Ben Kingsley; when Moses’ sister Miriam was struck down with leprosy because of how she spoke. Poor Moses was distress but did follow the way and put his sister out of the camp area and he attended to her comforting and brought her food to eat and water to drink. A good brother he was indeed.

      • avatar Lea says:

        Shalom Judith,
without a doubt he was, besides a great warrior and strategist, a great and high soul.
Including, he did that famous prayer to YHVH regarding the state of health of his sister Miriam:

        ויצעק משה אל יהוה לאמור:”
        “אל, נא רפא נא לה
“And Moses cried unto the LORD, saying:
        God, please heal her please”

(I do not know exactly what prompted Miriam to speak what she said, but the kabbalists say that everything was planned anyway, so that Moses was forced to make such a prayer, for the greater good of all)

About that sacred text for protection from evil eye and evil speak, it was posted by Zion in Downloads & Texts, a button at the top of the page.
If you click there you can find many more very good prayers and sacred texts.
I just copied and pasted the link.

        Thanks a lot!

“The LORD bless you and keep you; the LORD make His face to shine upon you, and be gracious to you; the LORD lift up His countenance upon you, and give you peace. Numbers 6:24-26 /True Peace.”

Thank you Zion! Blessed are the peacemakers for they shall see the Kingdom of Heaven!

    Love and Light,

  5. avatar GD says:

Dear Zion, how can I overcome my fear of exposure? Thank you and blessed be your great and persistent voice.

    • avatar Zion Nefesh says:

I don’t know exactly what is the actual fear. Is it showing your face in public? Showing your art? Your writings? Talent?

As a general answer I would say simply that to overcome the fear of exposure you need to expose yourself. Begin with picturing yourself (in your mind) in an event where you expose yourself. Keep this and repeat the vision as often as you can. That will define your goal and the internal GPS will guide you toward that destination.

The process that you should follow is to find an area of your life that you have confident with and share it with others. Use social network to express yourself and show your best pictures.

Fears are forms of lack of light. Connect and study more to help yourself get out of all limitations.

      • avatar GD says:

I do think so Zion. My father told me some days before he passed away that he was feeling more alive than ever just because he could freely say what was on his mind without fear. I need more study, more connection, more light. Thank you for your encouragement.

Blessings to al and thank you for the comments

  7. The word “fear” has a meaning that could be defined as “lack of light,” true. But it also means “awe,” as it’s used in “fear of God.” I am a native English-speaker, so maybe a native Hebrew-speaker could shed more light on this subject for us, as various Hebrew words can be translated “fear” in English. Isn’t that correct? Thanks!

    • avatar Zion Nefesh says:

Great point Mia. Thank you for the bringing it here. The meaning of fear as the Torah teaches us is the secret to overcome fears in this world, the world of illusions and lies. We should transform any ‘earthly’ fear to the fear as represented in the Torah that is Awe and love to YHVH, our Creator.
Kabbalah teaches us that the Sefirah of Gevurah is also called ‘Isaac’s fear’. Isaac represent the transformation of fear to love when he submitted himself to his father, Abraham (sefirah of Chessed, mercy, love). It was in the event of the binding of Isaac. For that he connected to his father on a higher level and merited bringing Jacob that represent the central column and balance in the world.
The ultimate way of removing fears from our lives is by transforming them into love with the power of the light.

    Grazie

    • avatar Zion Nefesh says:

Laura, it is true that there are many teachings that elevates the human spirit and gives him feelings of great connection. In many ways it is true and depend on the individual purity of the heart and desire for the light.
In all spiritual systems of teaching we find the love of God and the important moral laws and respect to each other. If ALL people accept the common moral laws and behave accordingly then it is the aspect of the Final correction of the world and God will bring Mashiach and the Final Redemption. BUT it is not so because the negative side will always get the weaks of the ‘flock’ and break the unity.

Please remember that I am not talking about religions or even Jewish religion.
Studying the Bible from translations has a great limitation. Just check the sites that provide many translations to the original verse in Hebrew. Check bible.cc and biblegateway.com.

I am talking about the power of the Zohar.
This power comes from the study of the Torah that the Zohar brings to us. With every deep explanation of the Torah by the Zohar, our consciousness is automatically elevated to a state of UNITY WITH THE LIGHT. This is key factor. Add to this the Hebrew letters that each of them carries a lot of secrets. When our eyes scan the Sacred Hebrew text we connect on the level of Chokmah. Remember that Hebrew letters are part of God’s creation. All other languages evolved as a communication system to exchange thoughts between people on the physical level. The Hebrew is a communication system between the spiritual levels and our world. The Zohar builds bridges of light for us. It is beyond the level of understanding. This is the reason why I always bring the Zohar text as an image so everyone will see the same with the proper letters. I add the audio so people can connect on the level of Binah when hearing the text being read. The commentary comes to balance it all and connect the light of the Zohar to ‘front’ conscious level.

You can study anything and everything that makes you better human being and to have a higher connection to the Light and unity with the quantum consciousness use the Zohar.
The ultimate unity can be achieved when we all use the http://UnityZohar.com it is the only tool available today to connect all people of the Zohar as one.

      with Love to all

    • avatar Zion Nefesh says:

In addition we should know that everything God created is with good reason. There are no flaws in his plan, not even the existence of many religions and spiritual teachings. At the end there will be only us (the people) and God. All paths should lead to the Light and the Final Redemption. Life is not a sport game where each team cheer for their ‘champions’. All teams have one owner and the game season is now ending and all should come together to have end of season party with the owner. He will send a representative that is not one of the known ‘champions’ because he want all teams to become one.
The Zohar is the spiritual tool or if we continue with the earlier analogy, it is the email message to all teams to come together. Read it and spread it.

      • avatar Laura says:

        grazie ancora
