Zohar Pinchas, Vol. 20 (English)/Vol 15 (Hebrew)
“הַלְלוּהוּ, שְׁמֵי הַשָּׁמָיִם; וְהַמַּיִם, אֲשֶׁר מֵעַל הַשָּׁמָיִם”
“Praise Him, highest heavens, And the waters that are above the heavens!”
The Zohar explains that the water above the heavens refer to the fountain of light coming out from the Endless through Keter.
The flowing light from Keter has the aspect of water because the Light, like water has the ‘desire’ to go deep down to the lower levels and spread evenly using any and every channel available. The flow of light is endless because if it stops for one ‘heart beat’ the entire creation will cease to exist in an instance.
The whole Creation is a thought of God and the only ‘real’ thing is the Hebrew letters that provide a link from an existing ‘particle’ or detail in the Creator’s thought to the energy source that preserve and maintain it.
A friend (thank you M.O.) shared with me an interesting article titled “Is The Universe A Hologram? Physicists Say It’s Possible” about the String Theory and holographic universe.
I quote; (The comments in parenthesis and the bold made by me).
“They have numerically confirmed, perhaps for the first time, something we were fairly sure had to be true, but was still a conjecture — namely that the thermodynamics of certain black holes can be reproduced from a lower-dimensional universe,” says Leonard Susskind, a theoretical physicist at Stanford University in California who was among the first theoreticians to explore the idea of holographic universes.
Neither of the model universes explored by the Japanese team resembles our own, Maldacena notes. The cosmos with a black hole has ten dimensions, with eight of them forming an eight-dimensional sphere (Chokmah to Yessod). The lower-dimensional, gravity-free one has but a single dimension (Keter), and its menagerie of quantum particles resembles a group of idealized springs, or harmonic oscillators, attached to one another.
Whatever they call ‘lower-dimension’ is actually the highest level because it’s the source, the spring, which is Keter. Malchut is the ‘Black Hole’.

If scientists were to study Kabbalah and the Tree of Life, they would find it easier to understand the world around them.
The Zohar teaches us that the upper waters are ten Sefirot of direct light אור ישר, and male aspect. The lower waters are the ten Sefirot of returning light אור חוזר with female aspect. Male aspect means seed level, giving, and channeling. Female aspect is desire to receive, vessel, fruitfulness, and manifestation.
When we understand and follow the system of the ten Sefirot, we connect to the Endless light and the thought of Creation. With that we make sure that our ‘particle’ of existence has significant and continuous presence.
