Zohar Beshalach

Exodus 13:21
“And YHVH went before them by day in a pillar of cloud to lead them along the way, and by night in a pillar of fire to give them light, that they might travel by day and by night.”

When God took the Israelites out of Egypt, he protected them day and night with the pillar of cloud during the day and the pillar of fire at night. This was a visible presence of God along their journey in the wilderness to show the children God’s promise to their fathers, that he will redeem them and bring them back to the Promised Land.

The Zohar explains that the connection to YHVH is continuous, day and night. That means that even if the Light doesn’t seem to be present, God is always there. After we arrived to the Promised Land it became our responsibility to maintain the connection to God. After Moses brought the people to the Land, he passed away and Joshua became the leader of the people.
God gave him his best advice telling him that he will be with him through the connection to the Torah. It will give him knowledge and success in everything he does.

Joshua 1:8
“This Torah shall not depart from your mouth, but you shall meditate on it day and night, so that you may be careful to do according to all that is written in it. For then you will make your way prosperous, and then you will have good success.”

The true connection to the Light is through the study of the Torah. We achieve that with the study of the Zohar, which is the highest level of Torah study. It’s our pillar of cloud and pillar of fire.

The Daily Zohar is the only channel in the world that delivers Zohar/Torah study online everyday, except on Shabbat. It’s available to every human being around the world for free, day and night. Every moment of the day there are people on the Daily Zohar site, studying and using the different spiritual tools. When you come to study on the Daily Zohar you are automatically part of a global classroom, all sitting at the center of the front row.

Your affiliation with Kabbalah group/organization is a great support (in most cases) to the way of life you chose to follow. Enjoy the services, parties and social gatherings. You can benefit from uplifting events and spiritual classes but keep the study on the Daily Zohar to have the continuous connection to the Light as God suggested and promised Joshua. Set up a daily reminder to allocate few minutes a day or night to study the Daily Zohar. Short time study but longtime effect.
