Tikkun 36 -3
The last H ה of the YHVH name is the aspect of Malchut and is constructed from Dalet ד and Vav ו. Together with the numerical value of 10 they become one as the letter Yod. This Yod helps Malchut to elevate to Binah on the seventh day for unification and receiving the light from the upper levels.
The wise people who study Kabbalah know to make the unification with their wives on Shabbat because at that time they can receive the highest light and can draw righteous new souls.
Song of Songs 4:12
“ גַּן נָעוּל, אֲחֹתִי כַלָּה; גַּל נָעוּל, מַעְיָן חָתוּם”
“A garden shut up is my sister, my bride; a spring shut up, a fountain sealed”
The weekdays are considered as sealed fountains. They are in the aspect of יִרְאָה, Awe, and the 365 precepts of avoiding negative actions.
On Shabbat the upper gates are open and it is the aspect of אַהֲבָה, Love, and the 248 precepts of positive actions.

La última ה Hei del nombre de YHVH es el aspecto de Maljut y se construye a partir de la Dalet ד y la ו Vav. Juntas suman 10 en gematria y se vuelven uno como la letra Yod (10). Esta Yod ayuda a Maljut para elevarse a Bina en el Septimo día, para la unificacion y recepcion de la luz de los niveles superiores.
Los sabios que estudian la Cábala saben hacer la unificación con sus esposas en Shabat porque en ese momento pueden recibir la luz más elevada y pueden extraer almas muy elevadas.

Marital relations between a husband and a wife are considered a ‘holy act’ to the L-RD and He blesses the couple who come together in His Name. That’s what my Jewish husband told me a long time ago. And he is a ‘rabbi’ in every sense of the ‘Word’. Key to an aspect of life is to be in the right relationship with one another and the right relationship with G-D. Don’t go to the marriage bed in anger. Settle your differences in advance. That’s what the L-D says in the Torah, Tanakh & Brit Chadesh. Reminds us to clear the way and be understanding and forgiving. Kindness and love cover a multitude of sins (errors that occur in ignorance or with knowledge). Be forgiving, be compassionate and love one another. The other part of the SHEMA.
So the best time for a child to be conceived is on Saturday?

Yes, Friday Night to be exact. After midnight is the best. On Shabbat we are elevated to Binah and negativity doesn’t have a hold on our spiritual connection.
To connect in order to have a child is a high spiritual process. It is not about the pleasures of the body, but about connecting Chokmah (Male) and Binah (Female) to form the sefirah of Da’at (Knowledge) as in Adam Knew Eve. This consciousness activate the mind over matter process and the energy creates seeds of light that injected into the vessel. With the right consciousness the seed is shaped on a higher level and protected from negativity.
Both man and woman should have the right consciousness and forget the pleasure of the moment so the energy will go to the seeds and not for themselves.
Thanks for your explanation Zion, but would it be possible to be more specific about the ‘right consciousness’? I hope you don’t think I’m being a bit vulgar, but isn’t a good thing for a couple to physically enjoy marital relations?

I started the description with “…To connect in order to have a child is a high spiritual process…”. When planning to have a child the focus should be on the consciousness of the parents and the process of bringing the child to the world. The couple should prepare themselves for a long time before the connection. They should be in complete darkness to be in spiritual realm and not thinking about the flesh. Both should be in positive and good mood. no stress, horror movies or thrillers etc. you get the point.
In all other time its about increasing love between the couple. It’s about making the other feels loved and becoming as one. Quickies are like bad fast food. It may be satisfying for a short time but the outcome is not always pleasant.
The higher the pleasure the better. Love is light. numerical value of love = 13 = oneness. When both acts with love then 13+13 = 26, which is the same as YHVH.
Friday night is always the best time for all love connections. The rest of the times is based on the woman’s desires that must be fulfilled. The man is secondary and he has the responsibility to please his wife, meaning build her vessel to receive the light. The reward is more light in their life that brings fulfillment in all areas of their life.
