The seven planets represented by the letters of
They are called the double letters because they have a second form with a ‘Dagesh’ that is a dot inside the letter. They represent the seven Sefirot from Chessed to Malchut. As cosmic forces, they bring two aspects of judgment in the world, harsh and soft.
Zechariah 4:2
“וַיֹּאמֶר אֵלַי, מָה אַתָּה רֹאֶה; ויאמר (וָאֹמַר) רָאִיתִי וְהִנֵּה מְנוֹרַת זָהָב כֻּלָּהּ וְגֻלָּהּ עַל-רֹאשָׁהּ, וְשִׁבְעָה נֵרֹתֶיהָ עָלֶיהָ–שִׁבְעָה וְשִׁבְעָה מוּצָקוֹת, לַנֵּרוֹת אֲשֶׁר עַל-רֹאשָׁהּ ”
“And he said unto me: ‘What seest thou?’ And I said: ‘I have seen, and behold a candlestick all of gold, with a bowl upon the top of it, and its seven lamps thereon; there are seven pipes, yea, seven, to the lamps, which are upon the top thereof ”
The Zohar brings this verse to tell us that there were two pipes that poured the oil into the Menorah (Candelabra) in the Holy Temple. It teaches us that there are two systems, one pure and one impure. Also there are seven skies of the pure system and seven skies of the impure and negative side.
Isaiah 51:6
“שְׂאוּ לַשָּׁמַיִם עֵינֵיכֶם וְהַבִּיטוּ אֶל-הָאָרֶץ מִתַּחַת, כִּי-שָׁמַיִם כֶּעָשָׁן נִמְלָחוּ וְהָאָרֶץ כַּבֶּגֶד תִּבְלֶה–וְיֹשְׁבֶיהָ, כְּמוֹ-כֵן יְמוּתוּן; וִישׁוּעָתִי לְעוֹלָם תִּהְיֶה, וְצִדְקָתִי לֹא תֵחָת.”
“Lift up your eyes to the heavens, and look upon the earth beneath; for the heavens shall vanish away like smoke, and the earth shall wax old like a garment, and they that dwell therein shall die in like manner; but My salvation shall be for ever, and My favour shall not be abolished.”
The dual system that we live in the realm of Tree of Knowledge Good and Bad will come to an end, all seven levels will be gone and the purity will bring the salvation for ever.
Psalms 102:27
“ הֵמָּה, יֹאבֵדוּ– וְאַתָּה תַעֲמֹד:
וְכֻלָּם, כַּבֶּגֶד יִבְלוּ; כַּלְּבוּשׁ תַּחֲלִיפֵם וְיַחֲלֹפוּ”
“They shall perish, but Thou shalt endure; {N}
yea, all of them shall wax old like a garment; as a vesture shalt Thou change them, and they shall pass away;”
In Pslams we read that God will replace the negative side with the pure like changing garments.
Psalms 96:11
“Yיִשְׂמְחוּ Hהַשָּׁמַיִם, Vוְתָגֵל Hהָאָרֶץ; יִרְעַם הַיָּם, וּמְלֹאוֹ”
“Let the heavens be glad, and let the earth rejoice; let the sea roar, and the fullness thereof”
The initials of the first four words of the verse are YHVH. This tells us that after the removal of the other side, the entire existence will see and rejoice with the full revelation of YHVH.
The Zohar teaches us in this section of the PFR study, that there are two sides to every aspect of life in the lower Sefirot that is the Zeir Anpin, which is the process and Malchut that is the final outcome.
At the end of the process negativity will be removed in its entirety. We need to look for the path to complete purity of the soul because this is the way to merit the endless joy of life with the pure system. Every word and advice we give others should be toward achieving this goal.

I especially like this sentence, Zion. It is very deep and it applies to each of us right where we are in a unique way. Knowing who I am, and growing in that knowledge, seems to come about by knowing who I am not. And that is a learning process for sure. My culture, my education, my religion and my society try to mold me and shape me, and only in the light of Torah do I find real freedom to discover who I really am. Every year as we go through the cycle of Torah portions and Holidays I come to a deeper understanding of the Passover story, of the captives gaining their freedom. To me, that is the “pure system.” I am not and will never be perfect, but I can participate in the Torah system and understand more of more of it through Kabbalah, which is the system that is purifying me from what I am not.
I hope this makes sense to others, because it is bringing me joy for sure!
This comment is very good. It is touching in the kernel of the set of questions/dilemmas/intentions that are sorrounding the issues we touched with some questions/confrontations in the past like:
- selfishness in the desire life cycle
- the sentence that Zion expressed with the terms like
it is important to have good relationships, live in material peace,
be in mutual or closer relationship with soul mate, living in community
without confrontations or at least confrontations that manageable without
stresses but those issues suppose to be only side effect.
It suppose to be about the endless life and the life after tikkun.
- also there was comment of Baruch about Zohar is not some magical Excalibur
but…
- and one’s personal intention why entered into Zohar study and all
the sorrounding demanded knowledge that had to be consume to
elevate spiritual consiousness.
I whish I could agree that for example myself would enter from some
comfort position like mental tourist or spiritual adventurer.
Unfortunately the intention was different. Because of repeating patterns
that always seemed as unbreakable like having no chance to influence…but
accept them like some standing point or posture of falling down in controlling
or from some point every decision resulted with uncertainty as the wrong decision.
So personal change suppose to be issue here.
But allow me to to take those 24hrs to 72hrs to be more structured when forming…this …I understand that this does not sound as it should:
Primary or probably only intention suppose to be Loving relationship to the Torah and then spiritual system is in its balancing intention force take care for all discrepancies in the flow of Light to the Malchut level on personal and community or even global level so that all physical things will stand up in some order so that
prime intention of maintaining Loving relationship through spiritual growth is established. No worry, let there be tornado, the one ( inidividual, familly, community, nation, familly of nations ) with established loving sincere relationship with Torah is in the middle eye of the tornado.
But still , beside knowing all these concept we or me let myself to be in occasional uncertainty, to be disturbed with sorrounding turbulences and instead of directing eyes in front of me or inner those turbulences are more dominant. Still there are moments when forgetting and more important is: what defines me as nationality, social class, co-workers, co-dreamers about how suppose to be righteous in mutual social living, relationship with loved person to maintain not to contaminate or fear of loosing, health. And what is funny even though that for example after an hour of directed and focused Zohar reading of transliterated text or scanning the perception has certainty and even symptoms in the outside world could be related but again questioning and falling back on the ladder and then again up. Of course that selfish desire is: no matter how much effort should be injected no problem as long there is certainty manifested through clarity in decision, no tests that have negative outcome ( falling down again )….the desire here would be : clear one-way decisions, always prepared for the test, no jump into ego cloud that bring new unexpected tests usually with negative outcome. No problem with tests but to be allowed for those “24hrs to 72hrs” protected zone ( 24-72hrs..metaphorically speaking ) -- so no judgements in either way: not to be exposed, not to be in the need to express. Than blockages and judgements could be slowly dilluted only on the past and no new arrivals infiltrate in queue and toxify so well designed tikkun process.

Gilgul neshamot/reincarnations reveals the true beauty and refined essence of our souls versus our so often (in a greater or lesser extent) ugly and poluted behaviour…

Yes, what a day that will be when my Savior I shall see.
Zion, what about the Temple Institute in Jerusalem who have almost completed the Third Temple? They have been concerned because they were not able to place it on the Temple Mount. I figure it this way that GOD can pick it and put it anywhere He wants to. Salvation came to the Hebrews first and was also offered to all people. I read that a time would come when all people would be One and no longer known as Jew, Greek, man, woman and child. Our divisions will be set aside. On what a day that will be! What is the timeline on that? Where are the records kept? Most interesting subject matters you provide Zion. Thank you once again.
Whoever tries to build the third Holy Temple with money and bricks doesn’t know Kabbalah.
The third temple is the aspect of the central column. There will be no fourth or fifth or …n temples.
The third temple will come down as a result of unity between the right and the left. It will be made with pure light.
It will happen when enough people will be in unity or immediately after Mashiach cleanse negativity from this world.
So I say to all organizations that with to build the Holy Temple. “stop collecting money and higher engineers because it can never happen when the people are still separated from each other and the light.”
When we build the unity among ourselves then the Holy Temple will come by itself.
