The word Matzah, מצה, conceals the spiritual level of Chokmah and Binah that provide life for the lower levels. The letters Mem מ and צ in ‘Atbash’ אתב”ש become יה YH.

The three Matza on the Seder table represent Chokmah, Binah and Da’at. Da’at is the sefira that is formed when Chokmah and Binah are together in order to channel light to the lower seven Sefirot. The Zohar teaches us that the Matzah is ‘Shemurah’ (means kept, saved) to her husband, which is Zeir Anpin, represented by the letter Vav of the YHVH name.
מ turns in Atbash to י Y
צ turns in Atbash to ה H
Shemurah aspect is Vav ו -> V
ה H stays without change because it’s the level of Malchut where everything is revealed.

We find that Matzah Shemurah represents the full name of YHVH. Eating Matzah Shemurah during the seven days of Pesach is a very high spiritual connection. We do not eat food that expands itself to avoid the aspect of the desire for the self, leaving us with pure connection to the Light through the Matzah.

‘Atbash’ is a method of replacing the letter with its opposite position in the Hebrew Alef-Bet. The first letter א can reveal the light of the last letter ת Tav. The second letter ב Bet, reveals the second to last letter ש Shin.

The first two letters of the YHVH name are for Chokmah and Binah and that gives the Matzah a supernal power to break negativity.
The special connection of the Seder night with seven blessings of the night removes the negative aspects from the seven planets and gives Malchut the ability to draw light of Chassadim that usually appears only in the morning time. The night of the Seder is the only night during the year that we read the complete Halel (special prayer) that is usually done in the mornings of Rosh Chodesh and Holidays. The sages recommend staying up all night and study the story of Egypt and the Exodus to bridge the day before through the ‘day’ of the Seder night to experience the total revelation of the light.

That level of control gives us sustenance for the entire year. פסח, Passover is the initials of three angels of sustenance, פא”י, סא”ל, חת”ך.

The sum of the names is 610 same as מעשר, Tithing. We explained in previous DZ studies about the importance of giving Ma’aser during the year and especially before the Seder night. The word Ma’aser with the Kolel (adding one for the whole) is תורה, 611, Torah. It teaches us that studying Torah and giving Ma’aser open channels of sustenance on both spiritual and material levels.

The process of getting out of Egypt leads the Israelites to Mount Sinai and the receiving of the Torah. In the Torah we have the Light that sustains us in this world and prepares us for the Final Redemption and the world to come.
