Zohar Bamidabar

Continued from previous DZ

When the 12 tribes camped in the wilderness they were arranged in four camps for their protection. The middle was the aspect of Malchut and the Holy Tabernacle also in the middle as the aspect of YH.

This chart was made following the Zohar and Hasulam explanations
israel camps in the wilderness2

The four camps represent the four camps of the Shechina with the angels: Uriel, Michael, Gabriel, and Raphael.

We learn from the Zohar that the specific instruction God gave Moses and Aaron related to the placement of the tribes around the Tabernacle, it was to allow them to unite with the name, for maximum protection.

The proof for that is when Balaam came to curse the Israelites but couldn’t because of way the camps were set. When he saw that he said Numbers 24:5
“מַה-טֹּבוּ אֹהָלֶיךָ, יַעֲקֹב; מִשְׁכְּנֹתֶיךָ, יִשְׂרָאֵל”
“How fair are your tents, O Jacob, Your dwellings, O Israel!”

Deuteronomy 28:9,10
“”YHVH will establish you as a holy people to Himself, as He swore to you, if you keep the commandments of YHVH your God and walk in His ways.”
10: “וְרָאוּ כָּל-עַמֵּי הָאָרֶץ, כִּי שֵׁם יְהוָה נִקְרָא עָלֶיךָ; וְיָרְאוּ, מִמֶּךָּ”
“”So all the peoples of the earth will see that you are called by the name of YHVH, and they will be afraid of you.”

Connecting to the name through study and actions gives us the protection we need until the time of absolute peace.
