Zohar Shelach Lecha
Continued from previous DZ

Abraham’s servant, Eliezer, was from the nation of Canaan, which was cursed and negative.

Genesis 9:25
“So he said, “Cursed be Canaan; A servant of servants He shall be to his brothers.””

Even though his background was negative, Eliezer was a faithful servant and fulfilled the missions assigned to him by his master, Abraham.

On a mission to find a soulmate for Isaac, he knew that the blessings of Abraham were guiding him. When he saw Rebecca he stated:
Genesis 24:27

For that reason he was by Rebekah’s brother, Laban:

Genesis 24:31
“And he said, “Come in, blessed of YHVH! Why do you stand outside since I have prepared the house, and a place for the camels?””

Because he was faithful, Eliezer had the merit to be in the Garden of Eden. The Holy Ari reveals that he was incarnated into Caleb, who was one of the twelve spies that Moses sent to tour the Land. Ten of the spies talked badly of the Land and were punished by death.
Joshuah was blessed by Moses before the journey into the Land.
Caleb went first to Hebron to pray for the support of his masters from previous life, Abraham, Isaac and Jacob. He knew that they had the power to bestow blessings on him and keep him safe in the mission of seeking the Light as assigned to him by Moses.

Our connection to Tzadikim can help us a lot in these days when there’s a lot of darkness in the world. We see spontaneous eruption of negativity in weak spots of the world. Places with no faith and great desire for the self are the first places to get hit.

When we faithfully serve YHVH by following the Torah we have the protection and the ability to complete our mission in life.
