The Creator’s plan to have two female aspects was made to create a continuous flow of Light. Binah in the concealed level and Malchut in the lower/manifestation level.
Songs 6:9
“אַחַת הִיא יוֹנָתִי תַמָּתִי אַחַת הִיא לְאִמָּהּ בָּרָה הִיא לְיוֹלַדְתָּהּ רָאוּהָ בָנוֹת וַיְאַשְּׁרוּהָ מְלָכוֹת וּפִילַגְשִׁים וַיְהַלְלוּהָ”
As explained previously Binah came out of Chokmah and with that a lack of light was created. Binah needs the Light of Chokmah in order to bring light to the lower worlds. In the next phase Malchut was elevated to Binah to receive the light and let go of it on the ways down to her original place. Malchut ‘copied’ the desire for the Light of Chokmah from Binah but not like Binah, Malchut doesn’t have continuous unification with the Light and that made her to have the greatest desire for the Light.

We explained in #83 that when Binah nourishes her son and daughter she is called ‘תבונה’ ‘Tevuna’ that means ‘wisdom and understanding’. It includes the letters for ‘son’, ‘בן’, for daughter ‘בת’ and VH וה that represent them both. Binah is superior to Tevuna because the letters of the upper level ‘יה’ ‘YH’ are not in the word ‘תבונה’ Tevuna.
Tevuna is a female aspect and ‘ישראל סבא’ ‘Israel Saba’ is a male aspect. They represent the ‘desire’ and love of Father and Mother to share the light that comes out of their unification to benefit us.
The are the aspect of the six Sefirot, from Chessed of Binah to Yessod of Binah. They channel the Light of Binah to the levels below.
