Zohar Kedoshim
#56
Rabbi Shimon praises Moses and says that he was called ‘Faithful Servant’ to YHVH (Numbers 12:7). ‘Servant’ from the side of Archangel Metat- that is above all the angels that connect to the world of Malchut. Then Moses elevated to become a king (Deuteronomy 33:5) from the side of Malchut of Beriah. Later he became one of the households of the upper level (יה YH) from the side of Binah of B’riah (world of Creation).
After the efforts in Torah and precepts, Moses is elevated higher. Now Moses is ‘King’ from the side of Malchut of Atzilut (world of Emanation), and one of the ‘household,’ from the side Tiferet of Atzilut, as ‘son’ of יה YH. The dealing and efforts in the Torah made unification of the Holy One Blessed be He and the Shechina that elevated the children of Israel below with the ‘King’ and his ‘camps’ to higher levels.
#57
Because of Moses, the Israelites inherits souls from Atzilut and called sons of YHVH. (Deuteronomy 14:1) “בָּנִים אַתֶּם לַיהוָה אֱלֹהֵיכֶם,” “You are the sons of YHVH your God; ”
In the beginning, God created us from the worlds of B’riah, Yetzira, and Asiah
Isaiah 43:7
“כֹּל הַנִּקְרָא בִשְׁמִי, וְלִכְבוֹדִי בְּרָאתִיו: יְצַרְתִּיו, אַף-עֲשִׂיתִיו ”
“Every one that is called by My name, and whom I have created (World of Creation, B’riah) for My glory, I have formed (Formation, Yetzirah) him, yea, I have made (Action, Asiah) him.’ ”
After Moses and the receiving of the Torah, the children of Israel became ‘sons’ of YHVH of Atziluth, which means having the ability to be born with a high-level soul or ability to work and achieve it.
Lesson
Adam had Cain and Abel. Cain was the first and carried the Tikun of the first sin that brought mortality to the world. Abel was pure and was suppose to correct the iniquity of his father but was killed by his brother, Cain. Moses was the reincarnation of Abel and was able to carry all the pure souls of Israel. The Torah has the spiritual roots of all the Israelites souls. When we connect to the Torah, we connect to the pure level of our soul and can reach the root level of the Torah, that is the world of Atzilut, Emanation.
Similarly, when we study from a teacher or teachings, we can connect and achieve the level of the source.
We are born with a basic soul level of Nefesh. It can be as low as animal level or as pure as Nefesh of Atziluth that is given to a righteous that came to the world to pure parents or earned that level in previous lives. Such high-level souls can be from the soul of Adam that didn’t participate in the first sin of Adam.
When we start with the study of Torah, almost any honest teacher is good for us. Once we reach the level of the teacher/teachings, we seek a higher level. The teacher can raise the level of teachings for us, or we look for another teacher to help us expand our soul and achieve higher levels of Light.
It’s our responsibility to choose a teacher because he has a significant influence on the direction of our soul growth. Some teachers may corrupt the student’s soul with teachings that are not pure or connected to the Torah.
Always beware from teachers that speak without specific references to the Torah and Zohar and or great righteous of the past. The Zohar always refers to the source in the Torah as you see the Daily Zohar quotes the Torah verses that the Zohar discusses to reveal the concealed light in them.
The Zohar includes the soul of Moses (The Faithful Shepherd) and it makes it a tool, a ladder to reach greater light that elevates our souls as high as possible.
If you are not near a righteous person/teacher of the highest level, connect to the teachings (Torah, Zohar), not the teachers. Your soul depends on it!
