Holy Zohar text. Daily Zohar -417.

Tikkun 21 – 158

Genesis 8:10 “וַיָּחֶל עוֹד, שִׁבְעַת יָמִים אֲחֵרִים; וַיֹּסֶף שַׁלַּח אֶת-הַיּוֹנָה, מִן-הַתֵּבָה”
“And he stayed yet other seven days; and again he sent forth the dove out of the ark.”

תיבה in Hebrew means “Ark” and also “a word”. The word for boat or ship is totally different from תיבה and even the English translation for this word is unique; Ark. You don’t say: I took a cruise on an Ark or תיבה. There are two places in the Torah where the word תיבה is used to describe a vessel that floats over the water. First appearance is with Noah and second, with Moses. The Ari revealed to us that they were connected in their tikkun.

In both places the word תיבה was used to protect from judgment that was carried with the water.

Floating above the water is the aspect of Zeir Anpin and it gave Noah (and Moses) protection. Now that the rain stopped Noah needed to find out if the judgment ceased and also to find a connection to Malchut to renew life on earth.

The Crow is in the aspect of Judgment and Noah sent him first to test if that energy is still in effect. The crow kept going back and forth until he found dry land.

Noah also sent the Dove that was in the aspect of the desire to connect and reveal light in Malchut. While the judgment was still in effect the Dove came back to the protection of the Ark and waited a week until it could be sent again. When the dove could make a connection to Malchut, which is the dry land, she didn’t come back.

One of the learning from this story is that we should always seek the light until we find it. When we experience judgment, we have to wait and connect to Shabbat energy before trying again. This is the reason for the ‘7 day rules’ that appear many times in the Torah. We must pass through one Shabbat to connect and expect change. Shabbat includes the whole week in it.
AND the most important learning is about the power of the sacred words to give us protection from judgment. We see a lot of expression of judgment in the world. The only way to escape it is to hold to the sacred text of the Torah and especially as it is magnified by the study of Zohar and Kabbalah.

The following text is from Tikunei Zohar. It states that, because of the work of Rabbi Shimon in the Zohar writings, the people that will ‘gather’ under the words of the Zohar will be like the different kind of livings that Noah brought into the Ark.
This section will come in the future on the DailyZohar and I will expand on it at that time.
