Tikkun 30 – 11

Mitzvah is a precept, which is an act that opens a channel and connection to the light. The sages tell us that the light is greater for a person who is commanded and accepts it, than a person who acts good without being commanded or asked for it.
It is written in the Talmud that “In a place that a repentant stands, complete righteous can not”.
These statements may sound wrong but spiritual they are very true.

The commandments and the precepts in the Torah are made for us in order to give us opportunities to connect and draw light to 248 levels of the soul and body.
The availability of light attracts the negative side that tries to push us away from connecting to this light.

When we overcome the obstacles of negativity and act on the precepts we bring the light from the Right Column to the left column and open the path of the Central Column.

A person who did a lot of negativity has greater obstacles to overcome because his ‘Left Column’ energy is strong. When he transforms himself to do only positive actions, he draws from the ‘Right column’ and reveals a great light. It shines over his whole being and cleanses his soul.

Israelite souls that were born as Jews or non Jews can reveal greater light than other people when they come back to their roots of the soul that is in the Torah.
Many great sages in Talmud and Kabbalah were converts or sons of converts. The great Rabbi Akiva, the teacher of Rabbi Shimon, was the son of a convert. Rabbi Meir Baal Hanes was also from a converted father that some legends say was from the line of the roman emperor, Nero.

Bringing the left to the right is a connection that we should look to achieve all the time. Bringing people to study Zohar is one great way to reveal light for you, for them and for the whole world.
