Rabbi Shlomo Zalman was born to Rabbi Shalom Sharif, the rabbi of the Rosh Rabbi. He was first married to the daughter of Rabbi Bunam Iger, the brother of Rabbi Akiva Iger. He served as a rabbinate for two years in the Rendez community. After his wife passed away, He remarried ,Sarah the daughter of Rabbi Yitzchak Isaac.
Died in the light for Friday 11th of Tevet 5763 and was buried the following Sunday.

His eldest son Joseph Ullman, Rabbi Moshe Ullman Rabbi of the religious community in Grosswardin, his daughter Gitle married Naftali Sternberg of Karali, his daughter Ratzel married Akiva Levinstein, Raphael Ullman, Shalom Ullman, his daughter Leah Silber Klein, Israel Ullman, Issachar Ullman, his daughter in Loma married Zvi Hirsch Drata of Bulwada, Yehuda Ullman, Benjamin Ullmann.
His grandson Rabbi Pinchas Zelig Schwartz, a rabbi of the Great, printed his books.
His son Israel Ullman was a well-known businessman alongside being a smart student, and served as community leader in the city of Uradia (Grosswardin) in Romania, his son Shlomo Zalman followed in the role of head of the audience, and he and his brother Yaakov Asher, published his book of his elders Responsa Shlomo, with Notes on behalf of "Bnei Yisrael." He was in contact with well-known rabbis and admirers, among them with the Rebbe of Lubavitch and his son, the rabbi. Their grandson, Rabbi Shlomo Zalman, one of the students of the Ponevej Yeshiva, served as rabbi of the Mishkenot Yaakov community in Bnei Brak. And a judge at the court of Rabbi Nissim Karlitz, died on the 9th of Shabat 5769. His son Rabbi Israel was appointed to serve as the community's rabbi. His brother, Rabbi Shalom Ullman, also one of the first students of the Ponivesh Yeshiva, was one of the authors of the books of Rabbi Eliyahu Eliezer Desler and the books of the Ramchal.
His grandson Rabbi Shlomo Zalman Ullman, son of Rabbi Moshe, was rabbi of Bistritz President of the Zionberg Orthodox Bureau. He died in Elul, 1926. He was followed by his son-in-law, Rabbi Meir Spitz. His son, Rabbi Moshe Spitz, took his place after the Holocaust and later established a Beit Midrash Beit Midrash in the Borough Park neighborhood of the United States. His son-in-law is Rebbe Rabbi Zalman Leib Teitelbaum of Satmar. Another grandson, Rabbi Noah Zvi (son of Rabbi Moshe), served as the first rabbi of the religious community in Antwerp.
Several descendants of Rabbi Moshe Ullman are currently serving rabbinical priests, including Rabbi Avraham Yitzhak Ullman, member of the ultra-Orthodox community of Jerusalem, and Rabbi of the Givat Shaul neighborhood of the city. Rabbi Shlomo Zalman Ullman, Dayan and Teaching Teacher in Rabbi Shmuel Wozner In the Meir Zichron neighborhood of Bnei Brak, and Avi Modi'in Illit. Both are the grandchildren of Abraham Yitzhak Ullman Secretary of the ultra-Orthodox community in Uradia, son of Rabbi Moshe Ullman.
