    • info<p>Aaron Samuel ben Israel Kaidanover (1614 in Vilna – December 1, 1676, in Chmielnik) (Hebrew: אהרן שמואל קאידנוור) was a Polish-Lithuanian rabbi. Among his teachers were Jacob Hoeschel and his son Joshua Hoeschel.</p> <h3>Biography</h3> <p>During the Khmelnytsky Uprising (1648–1649) the Cossacks plundered Kaidanover's possessions, his valuable library and his manuscripts among them, and killed his two little daughters, and he arrived in Moravia an impoverished fugitive. He was elected rabbi successively of Langenlois in Lower Austria, Nikolsburg, Glogau, Fürth, and Frankfurt am Main, and then returned to Poland in 1671 to become the rabbi of Cracow, a position he held until his death on December 1, 1676, while attending the Vaad HaGalil of Krakow that took place in Chmielnik (Michael; but Azulai and Horovitz give 1679; see bibliography). </p> <h3>Works </h3> <p>He wrote: <br /> Birkat ha-Zebaḥ, annotations to the Talmudical tractates of Kodashim (except Hullin and Bekorot), with a preface in which he narrated the remarkable events of his life (edited by his son-in-law Nahum Kohen, brother of Shabbethai Kohen (ש"ך), Amsterdam, 1669; another edition, with the commentary Omer Man, appeared in 1773). <br /> Birkat Shemuel, derashot on the Pentateuch, partly kabbalistic, with additions by his son Zevi Hirsch, its editor (Frankfort-on-the-Main, 1682) <br /> Emunat Shemuel, sixty responsa on matrimonial cases, edited by his son (ib. 1683) <br /> Tiferet Shemuel, novellæ to various Talmudic tractates, also edited by his son (ib. 1692). The annotations to Hoshen Mishpat contained in the last-named work were printed in Ture Zahav (Hamburg, 1692).</p> <p>May the merit of the tzadik Rabbi Aaron Samuel ben Israel Kaidanover protect us all.       • text<p>Рабби Аарон-Шмуэль Кайдановер, так же известный, как Маршак (1624, Койданов — 1676) — раввин и автор книг по Галахе и Талмуду.</p> <h3>Биография </h3> <p>Родился в 1624 году в городе Койданов (ныне Дзержинск), недалеко от Минска. При рождении получил имя Аарон, однако в детстве тяжело заболел и был при смерти, поэтому отец добавил ему второе имя — Шмуэль (согласно еврейской традиции, смена имени способна изменить судьбу человека). Койдановер — на идише означает из Койданова, койдановский. В юности учился в краковской йешиве, у рабби Йеошуа-Эшеля Харифа и рабби Яакова из Люблина. Также он учился у рабби Моше Лимы, автора книги «Хэлкат Мэхокек». <br /> Во время восстания Хмельницкого был вынужден бежать с семьей, однако погромы настигли и его — две его дочери были убиты, а сам он остался ни с чем, да еще и инвалидом на обе ноги. Единственный его сын, который остался в живых — это рабби Цви-Гирш Кайдановер, автор книги «Кав Аяшар». <br /> Служил раввином в моравском городе Микулов (Николсбург), затем — в Глогуве (Силезия) и в Фюрте (Бавария), а также в Бресте, Франкфурте-на-Майне и в Кракове. <br /> Будучи в Кракове, поехал на «Ваад (совет) Четырех Стран», проходивший в Хмельнике, в котором принимали участие все раввины региона. Во время этого совета умер, и там находится место его захоронения. <br /> Имя «Маршак» является сокращением, (ивр. ‏מהרש"ק‏‎) означающим «Наш учитель рабби Аарон Шмуэль Кайдановер». </p> <h3>Вклад рабби Шмуэля </h3> <p>Рабби Шмуэль славился своей учёностью, и стиль его книг, где в краткий текст было вложено много смысла, пользовался большим уважением среди мудрецов его времени, которые подчеркивали его обширные познания в Галахе и умение кратко и точно излагать свои рассуждения. <br /> Его комментарии к Талмуду вошли в современные издания Талмуда.</p> <p> </p>

      • text<p style="text-align: right;">   רבי אהרן שמואל קאיידנובר, מכונה גם מהרש"ק או מהראש"ק (קרי: 'קוֹידַנוֹבֶר', ה'שפ"ד, 1624 - י"ט בתמוז ה'תל"ו, 20 יוני 1676) היה רב אשכנזי, מראשוני האחרונים. רבן של ערים רבות במרכז אירופה ובמזרח אירופה. בין חיבוריו: ברכת הזבח על סדר קדשים ותפארת שמואל על פסקי הרא"ש.</p> <h3 style="text-align: right;">ביוגרפיה </h3> <p style="text-align: right;">נולד בשם אהרן לרב ישראל בעיר קוידנוב (כיום דזיארז'ינסק) הסמוכה למינסק (בלארוס), ומכאן שם משפחתו "קאיידנובר". בילדותו חלה, והיה בסכנת חיים, ועל כן הוסיף לו אביו את השם "שמואל". בצעירותו למד אצל רבי יעקב מלובלין ולאחר פטירתו אצל בנו רבי השיל מקראקא. <br /> היה דיין בבית דינו של רבי משה לימא, מחבר ספר "חלקת מחוקק" על שולחן ערוך אבן העזר, ביחד עם רבי אפרים הכהן מחבר ספר "שער אפרים", והש"ך. <br /> בזמן גזירות ת"ח ת"ט, נאלץ לעזוב את מקומו ונמלט ביחד עם משפחתו, אך הפרעות לא פסחו עליו, והקוזאקים רצחו את שתי בנותיו, ואיבד את רוב כתביו, והוא נותר חסר כל ונכה בשתי רגליו. בנו היחיד שנותר, הוא רבי צבי הירש קאיידנובר, מחבר הספר קב הישר. <br /> כיהן ברבנות בעיר מיקולוב (ניקלשבורג) אשר במוראביה, ולאחר מכן בגלוגאו (שלזיה), רישא (פולין), ובפיורדא (בוואריה - גרמניה) (ה'ת"כ - ה'תכ"ז), כן שימש ברבנות בערים בריסק (ליטא) (ה'תכ"ט - ה'תל"ג), פפד"מ (הסן - גרמניה) ולבסוף בקרקוב (פולין). <br /> בהיותו בקרקוב, נסע לוועד הגליל בענייני ארבע ארצות שהתקיים בעיירה חמלניק, בהשתתפות כל רבני ומנהיגי הגליל, ותוך כדי כך נפטר בי"ט בתמוז ה'תל"ו, (20 ביוני 1676). שם נקבר. <br /> התאפיין בשיטת כתיבה קצרה. הגהותיו על הרא"ש, והשגותיו על המהרש"א הודפסו בתוך הש"ס. <br /> החיד"א כתב עליו: "הגדיל תושיה בהגהותיו וחידושיו האמיתיים, בדרך קצרה וכשרה". היעב"ץ העיד שרבי אהרן שמואל, ידע את כל ארבעת הטורים והבית יוסף בעל פה. רבי דוד הלוי סגל (הט"ז) מצטט את מהר"ש קאיידנובר, בספרו "טורי זהב" .</p> <h3 style="text-align: right;">מספריו </h3> <p style="text-align: right;">בפרעות ת"ח ת"ט בעת שכל רכושו נבזז, אבדו לרבי אהרן שמואל כמה כתבי יד אשר כתב. להלן, חיבוריו שנותרו והודפסו: <br /> תפארת שמואל -חידושים על הרא"ש, והשגות על המהרש"א נדפס לראשונה בפפד"מ (פרנקפורט דמיין), ומאז בכל מהדורות הש"ס עד ש"ס וילנה <br /> שו"ת אמונת שמואל נדפס לראשונה בלעמבערג, ונדפס המהדורה מהודרת בבני ברק בה'תשנ"ט עם תוספות תולדות המחבר, הערכתו, דעותיו, והשפעתו ברבני זמנו בסוף הספר. <br /> ברכת הזבח - על סדר קדשים נדפס לראשונה באמסטרדם <br /> ברכת שמואל - דרושים על התורה נדפס לראשונה בפפד"מ <br /> זכותו תגן עלינו ועל כל ישראל, אמן</p>
