    • info<p><span style="line-height:1.6em">Rabbi Asher of Stolin (the 1st), was the son of </span> Rabbi Aharon HaGadol of Karlin<span style="line-height:1.6em">. When his father passed away, he was raised by his successor </span> Rabbi Shlomo of Karlin<span style="line-height:1.6em"> who became one of his main influences. Rabbi Asher later settled in Stolin. He was well known for his support of establishing Torah learning and a Chassidic presence in the Holy land. He was succeeded by his righteous son </span>Rabbi Aharon of Karlin II<span style="line-height:1.6em">.</span></p> <p>His sermons and commentaries were compiled in the book entitled  <strong><em>Birkat Aharon ,</em></strong> an anthology of sayings and anecdotes of all the rebbes of Karlin-Stolin.</p> <p>_________________<br /> <br /> Rabbi Asher of Stolin taught that we should always be looking forward to the coming of Shabbat the entire week, thinking to ourselves, "When will Shabbats come?" (Beit Aharon, Kikkutim, p. 286)     Every day of the week, remember the holy Shabbats by preparing, if possible, something for its honor.(Derech Chayim 7-42) <br /> <br /> <strong>One Hour of Repentance</strong></p> <p>Someone asked R' Asher of Stolin: "But how can I repent? I have committed one of the sins for which <em> teshuva</em> is not effective."</p> <p> "What has that to do with you?" answered the Rebbe. "You should go ahead and do what you are obliged to do. As to your concern as to whether you will be found worthy of being granted a share in <em> Olam Habba</em>, our Sages have already taught - "One hour of repentance and good deeds in This World is better than all the life of the World to Come." (<em>Sipurei Chassidim</em>)</p> <p>May the merit of the tzaddik  Rabbi Asher of Stolin  protect us all, Amen.</p>

      • text<p>Rabi Asher de Stolin (primero), fue el hijo de <strong>Rabi Aharon HaGadol de Karlin</strong>. Cuando su padre falleció, fue criado por su sucesor <strong>Rabi Shlomo de Karlin</strong> quien se convirtió en una de sus principales influencias. Rabi Asher luego se estableció en Stolin. Era muy conocido por su apoyo al establecimiento del estudio de la Torá y la presencia jasídica en la Tierra Santa.       • text<p>Рабби Ашер из Столина (первый) был сыном рабби Аарона АГадоль из Карлина Когда его отец скончался, его растил его преемник рабби Шломо из Карлина, который стал одним из самых влиятельных его учителей Рабби Ашер позднее поселился в Столине Он был известен благодаря его поддержке основанию изучения Торы и хасидский поселений в Святой Земле Его преемником стал его праведный сын рабби Аарон Карлин II. </p> <p>Его проповеди и комментарии были собраны в Книгу под названием "Биркат Аарон", антологию высказываний и историй о всех Реббе из Карлина-Столина </p> <p>Рабби Ашер из Столина учил, что мы должны всю неделю с нетерпением ожидать прихода шаббата, думая: "Когда придёт шаббат?"       • text<p style="text-align:right">רבי אשר נולד בקרלין בשנת ה'תק"כ ללאה ורבי אהרן הגדול מקרלין, בגיל 12 התייתם מאביו ונתגדל אצל רבו וממלא מקום אביו רבי שלמה מקרלין. לאחר פטירת רבו בכ"ב בתמוז ה'תקנ"ב פנו רוב החסידים אליו. כיהן באדמו"רות בתחילה בקרלין עיר מגורי אביו, ומאוחר יותר, עקב כך שהפריעו שם לחסידים לגדל פאותיהם, ייסד את חצירו בסטולין.</p> <p style="text-align:right">אחרי פטירת רבו רבי שלמה מקרלין נסע הרבה עם רעו רבי מרדכי מלעכוויטש לרבי ברוך ממז'יבוז', כן נסע לרבי פנחס מקוריץ, לאוהב ישראל מאפטא ולמגיד מקוז'ניץ אשר שדכו עם הרבנית פייגא (אלמנתו של רבי אורי שותק מזליחוב). לאחר נישואיו אלה התגורר זמן מה בקוזניץ וזליחוב.</p> <p style="text-align:right">בשנת תקנ"ט נאסר על ידי הממשלה הרוסית עקב הלשנה של המתנגדים יחד עם רבי שניאור זלמן מלאדי ה"בעל התניא" ורבי מרדכי מלעכוויטש ושוחרר בחודש כסלו באותה שנה. כמו כן עודד עליית חסידיו לארץ ישראל ופעל לגיוס כספים עבורם, ועמד בקשר עם רבי אברהם מקאליסק, מראשי עליית החסידים לארץ ישראל.</p> <p style="text-align:right">בלט במיוחד בתפילותיו הנלהבות, ובהיותו בעל קול ערב, שימש רבות כשליח ציבור. וכך התבטא עליו המגיד מסטפין שמעיד הוא, שבביאת המשיח ושבעת הרועים עמו, יכבדו את רבי אשר מסטולין להתפלל לפני התיבה.</p> <p style="text-align:right">ניהל את עדתו במשך שלושים וחמש שנה עד לפטירתו בקרלין בכ"ו בתשרי ה'תקפ"ז ושם נטמן. בנו רבי אהרן מילא את מקומו כאדמו"ר הרביעי בשושלת.</p> <h2 style="text-align:right">צאצאיו</h2> <ul> <li style="text-align:right">רבי אהרן פרלוב מקרלין, ממלא מקום אביו ובעל מחבר "בית אהרן".</li> <li style="text-align:right">פערל אשת רבי אהרן יפה מלעכוויטש (נפטר ג' בשבט ה'תקס"ו) בנו של רבי מרדכי מלעכוויטש.</li> </ul> <p style="text-align:right">זכותו תגן עלינו ועל כל ישראל. אמן</p>
