Hebrew translation:

126. בֹּא רְאֵה, כָּל מַעֲשָׂיו שֶׁל יַעֲקֹב הָיוּ לִשְׁמוֹ שֶׁל הַקָּדוֹשׁ בָּרוּךְ הוּא, וּמִשּׁוּם כָּךְ הַקָּדוֹשׁ בָּרוּךְ הוּא הָיָה עִמּוֹ תָּמִיד, שֶׁלֹּא זָזָה מִמֶּנּוּ הַשְּׁכִינָה. שֶׁהֲרֵי בְּשָׁעָה שֶׁקָּרָא לוֹ יִצְחָק אֶת עֵשָׂו בְּנוֹ, יַעֲקֹב לֹא הָיָה שָׁם, וְהַשְּׁכִינָה הוֹדִיעָה לְרִבְקָה, וְרִבְקָה הוֹדִיעָה לְיַעֲקֹב.
127. רַבִּי יוֹסֵי אָמַר, בֹּא רְאֵה, אִם חַס וְחָלִילָה בְּאוֹתוֹ זְמַן הָיָה מִתְבָּרֵךְ עֵשָׂו, לֹא הָיָה שׁוֹלֵט יַעֲקֹב לְעוֹלָמִים. אֶלָּא מֵעִם הַקָּדוֹשׁ בָּרוּךְ הוּא זֶה הָיָה, וְהַכֹּל בָּא בִּמְקוֹמוֹ כָּרָאוּי. בֹּא רְאֵה, כָּתוּב וְרִבְקָה אֹהֶבֶת אֶת יַעֲקֹב, וְזֶה נִתְבָּאֵר. וּמִשּׁוּם כָּךְ שָׁלְחָה בִּשְׁבִיל יַעֲקֹב, הִנֵּה שָׁמַעְתִּי אֶת אָבִיךָ מְדַבֵּר אֶל עֵשָׂו אָחִיךָ לֵאמֹר.
128. וְעַתָּה בְנִי שְׁמַע בְּקֹלִי וְגוֹ’. בַּזְּמַן הַהוּא עֶרֶב פֶּסַח הָיָה, וְצָרִיךְ הַיֵּצֶר הָרָע לְהִתְבַּעֵר וְלִשְׁלֹט הַלְּבָנָה, סוֹד הָאֱמוּנָה, וְלָכֵן עָשְׂתָה שְׁנֵי תַבְשִׁילִים.
129. רַבִּי יְהוּדָה אָמַר, כָּאן רֶמֶז שֶׁעֲתִידִים בְּנֵי יַעֲקֹב לְהַקְרִיב שְׁנֵי שְׂעִירִים, אֶחָד לַה’ וְאֶחָד לַעֲזָאזֵל בְּיוֹם הַכִּפּוּרִים. מִשּׁוּם כָּךְ הִקְרִיבָה שְׁנֵי גְּדָיֵי עִזִּים – אֶחָד בִּשְׁבִיל הַדַּרְגָּה שֶׁלְּמַעְלָה, וְאֶחָד כְּדֵי לְהַכְנִיעַ אֶת דַּרְגָּתוֹ שֶׁל עֵשָׂו שֶׁלֹּא יִשְׁלֹט עַל יַעֲקֹב, וְעַל כֵּן שְׁנֵי גְּדָיֵי עִזִּים, וּמִשְּׁנֵיהֶם טָעַם יִצְחָק וְאָכַל.

Come and see, Jacob—everything he did was for Hashem’s sake; because of this, the Holy One, Blessed be He, was always with him, and the Shechinah never departed from him. When Isaac called Esau, his son, Jacob, was not present, and the Shechinah informed Rebecca, and Rebecca informed Jacob.

Rabbi Yossi said: “Come and see: If Heaven forbid Esau had been blessed at that time, Jacob would never have been able to rule over him. Jacob would have remained, God forbid, perpetually in exile. But it was from the Holy One, Blessed be He, that Jacob was blessed, and everything came to its proper place as it should.
Come and see: “וְרִבְקָה אֹהֶבֶת אֶת יַעֲקֹב” “Rebecca loved Jacob” is written, and it has been explained. Therefore, she sent for Jacob and said to him,
Genesis 27:6
“וְרִבְקָה אָמְרָה אֶל יַעֲקֹב בְּנָהּ לֵאמֹר הִנֵּה שָׁמַעְתִּי אֶת אָבִיךָ מְדַבֵּר אֶל עֵשָׂו אָחִיךָ לֵאמֹר.”
“So Rebekah spoke to Jacob, her son, saying, “Indeed I heard your father speak to Esau, your brother, saying,”

“וְעַתָּה בְנִי שְׁמַע בְּקֹלִי” “And now, my son, listen to my voice…” (Genesis 27:8). At that time, it was the evening of Passover, and the evil inclination needed to be eradicated from the world. The moon, which represents the secret of faith—the Nukva—was meant to reign. Therefore, she (Rebecca) prepared two dishes.

Rabbi Yehuda said: “This passage alludes to the future offerings that the descendants of Jacob will bring on Yom Kippur—two goats (שְׁנֵי שְׂעִירִים), one for Hashem and one for Azazel. Therefore, Rebecca prepared two young goats: one to represent the higher spiritual level (for Hashem) and the other to subdue the Esau level so that he would not dominate Jacob. Thus, there were two young goats, and Isaac tasted and ate from both.
