When a person shares his energy he is doing a form of charity. Money is the easiest way to transfer energy to another person or organization in need. Another important form of charity is when you make a spiritual connection and meditate to share it with others.

Any form of action that creates spiritual elevation and draws light is considered charity.
A person should make the effort to do it in all the ways he can. Giving money, praying and meditating for others, acts of help.

People that pray and don’t do actions of גְּמִילוּת חֲסָדִים, which is revealing light, their prayers are thrown to the negative side.

All that is good in our life is in the aspect of Chessed. When we use it to give or share with others we create returning light that shines on us. In Hebrew it is called “גְּמִילוּת חֲסָדִים”, “Rewarding of Chessed”.
