Hebrew translation:

54. וכלהו אצטריכו: חד, לאסיא מן המילה, ודא רפאל, מארי דאסוון. וחד לבשרא לשרה, על ברא, ודא איהו מיכאל. בגין, דאיהו אתמנא לימינא, וכלטבין וברכאן בידיה אתמסרן, מסטרא דימינא.
55. וחד להפכא לסדום, ודא איהו גבריאל, דאיהו לשמאלא. ואיהו ממנא על כל דינין דעלמא, מסטרא דשמאלא, למידן ולמעבד על ידא דמלאך המות, דאיהו מארי דקטולא דבי מלכא.
56. וכלהו עבדו שליחתהון, וכל חד וחד כדקא חזי ליה. מלאך גבריאל, בשליחותא לנשמתא קדישא, ומלאך המות בשליחותיה, לנפשא דיצר הרע. ועכ”ד נשמתא קדישא לא נפיק, עד דחזי שכינתא.

The Angel Gabriel, from the Left, governs all judgments in the world. Angel Gabriel deliver the judgments and the angel of death executes them.

The angels follow their missions. Gabriel is a messenger of the Holy Soul from the level of Neshamah and the angel of death follows the mission of the soul level of Nefesh from the side of the Evil Inclination. The soul doesn’t leave the body until she sees the Shechina.
The Shechina includes the roots of the souls and when the body sies, the souls wish to connect to its roots. If the souls is righteous then the Shechina welcomes him into her light and lead him to the next step.If the soul is wicked then the Shechina leaves the soul to mourn its departure from this world.
