Psalm 23:5
“תַּעֲרֹךְ לְפָנַי שֻׁלְחָן נֶגֶד צֹרְרָי דִּשַּׁנְתָּ בַשֶּׁמֶן רֹאשִׁי כּוֹסִי רְוָיָה.”
“You prepare a table before me in the presence of my enemies; You anoint my head with oil; My cup runs over.”
Rabbi Shimon opened the study with this verse. He had great joy with his friends studying Torah all that day. Rabbi Pinchas took Rabbi Elazar and did not leave him all that day and all night. He was happy with him because he was the son of his daughter. and to express his time with Rabbi Elazar; he said, “אָז תִּתְעַנַּג עַל יְהוָה” “Then you shall delight yourself in YHVH” (Isaiah 58:14). He also said, all this joy and great pleasure is mine. I will be declared in the world to come in the future, “Blessed is your portion Rabbi Pinchas that you have the merits for all this. “Peace be upon you and peace to your helper because your God is your helper” (1 chronicles 12:19).
They got up to go. Rabbi Pinchas got up and grabbed Rabbi Elazar and did not let him go. Rabbi Pinchas accompanied Rabbi Shimon and blessed him and all his friends.
While they were going, Rabbi Shimon said to the friends;
Psalm 119:126
“עֵת לַעֲשׂוֹת לַיהוָה.”
“It is time to act for YHVH.”

Leviticus 16:8
“וְנָתַן אַהֲרֹן עַל שְׁנֵי הַשְּׂעִירִם גּוֹרָלוֹת גּוֹרָל אֶחָד לַיהוָה וְגוֹרָל אֶחָד לַעֲזָאזֵל.”
“Then Aaron shall cast lots for the two goats: one lot for YHVH and the other lot for the scapegoat.”
Rabbi Aba came and asked, what is the purpose of the lots and why Aaron needed to cast them? What is this portion for? I have learned the service of Yom Kippur, and I wish to know that.
Lesson;
Rabbi Shimon said after they studied together, “It is time to act for YHVH.”
We can learn that while there is a pleasure in studying the Torah, we need to reveal its light by sharing it. We do it by becoming a good example to others. and by sharing the knowledge to enlighten more people.
