Tikkun 22 – 39
(Continue of Daily Zohar #500)
Isaiah 55:12
“כִּי-בְשִׂמְחָה תֵצֵאוּ, וּבְשָׁלוֹם תּוּבָלוּן”
“For you shall go out with joy, and be led forth with peace;”
We discussed previously the element of Joy, בְשִׂמְחָה, in the final redemption and now the Zohar discusses the second element, “With Peace”, וּבְשָׁלוֹם.
The word וּבְשָׁלוֹם is treated by the Zohar as three elements. The two Vavs represent the two Messiahs, Mashiach Ben Joseph and Mashiach Ben David. The Shin ש is for the three patriarchs that create the opening to the supernal levels.
The three other letters מ,ל,ב, have numerical value of 72 and means ‘from the heart’.
Genesis 28:21
“וְשַׁבְתִּי בְשָׁלוֹם, אֶל-בֵּית אָבִי; וְהָיָה יְהוָה לִי, לֵאלֹהִים. ”
“so that I come back to my father’s house IN PEACE, then shall the YHVH be my ELOKIM”
This verse and the word ‘In Peace’ connect us to the transformation of the aspect of Judgment (Elokim) to Mercy (YHVH).
