Hebrew translation:

Pinchas 240-242

Genesis 32:3
“וַיֹּאמֶר יַעֲקֹב כַּאֲשֶׁר רָאָם, מַחֲנֵה אֱלֹהִים זֶה; וַיִּקְרָא שֵׁם-הַמָּקוֹם הַהוּא, מַחֲנָיִם. ”
“And Jacob said when he saw them: ‘This is God’s camp (מַחֲנֵה).’ And he called the name of that place Mahanaim (Camps, מַחֲנָיִם).”

Jacob is the aspect of the central column and because he was pure in all of his actions, he was able to unify the right and the left to control and draw light.
He was able to see the angels that came to protect him when he arrived to the place of the Holy Temple.
The Zohar explains that Jacob’s prayer made a higher connection that brought the angels to protect him.

The Kabbalists teach us that these Torah verses give us protection, especially after prayer.

“And Jacob went on his way, and the angels of God met him. ”
“וַיֹּאמֶר יַעֲקֹב כַּאֲשֶׁר רָאָם, מַחֲנֵה אֱלֹהִים זֶה; וַיִּקְרָא שֵׁם-הַמָּקוֹם הַהוּא, מַחֲנָיִם. ”

לִישׁוּעָתְךָ, קִוִּיתִי יְהוָה
I wait for your salvation, YHVH
הִנֵּה אָנֹכִי שֹׁלֵחַ מַלְאָךְ, לְפָנֶיךָ, לִשְׁמָרְךָ, בַּדָּרֶךְ; וְלַהֲבִיאֲךָ, אֶל-הַמָּקוֹם אֲשֶׁר הֲכִנֹתִי
See, I am sending an angel before you to protect you on your journey and lead you safely to the place I have prepared for you
