The faithful Shepherd blessed Rabbi Shimon and asked him to complete his revelations and explain more about the light of Binah as a supernal reflection of Light on the precepts of the Torah..
Proverbs 6:23
“כִּי נֵר מִצְוָה וְתוֹרָה אוֹר וְדֶרֶךְ חַיִּים תּוֹכְחוֹת מוּסָר”
“For the precept is a candle and the Torah is light; And reproofs for discipline are the way of life”
Rabbi Shimon explains that the candle is the vessel and and the Torah is its light. They are the aspect of H ה that is Malchut and the vessel and V ו that is Zeir Anpin and the Light.
The precepts reflect the light of Binah and revealed in the five Sefirot of the eye as explained above (# 94)

Deuteronomy 25:3
“אַרְבָּעִים יַכֶּנּוּ לֹא יֹסִיף פֶּן יֹסִיף לְהַכֹּתוֹ עַל אֵלֶּה מַכָּה רַבָּה וְנִקְלָה אָחִיךָ לְעֵינֶיךָ”
“He may beat him forty times but no more, so that he does not beat him with many more stripes than these and your brother is not degraded in your eyes.”
It’s a precept to hit the wicked who is Sam-el, the minister of the other-side. The Holy One Blessed Be He will beat him fifty times because he made himself a God. The first verse of the Shema prayer with the ‘Baruch Shem…’ make a unification of upper and lower and have 50 letters. They are used to hit those who make themselves as Gods, when they are actually dirty slaves.
Those who sinned in Malchut are corrected by getting hits from the יוד-הא-ואו. It’s numerically 39 that is 40 less 1. This name was used to implement correction for the first sin. Ten for Adam, ten for Eve, ten for the Snake and nine for the earth. They caused a corruption in Malchut, the letter H of Malchut. It comes from the verse Genesis 3:14
“יֹּאמֶר יְהֹוָה אֱלֹהִים אֶל הַנָּחָשׁ כִּי עָשִׂיתָ זֹּאת אָרוּר אַתָּה מִכָּל הַבְּהֵמָה וּמִכֹּל חַיַּת הַשָּׂדֶה עַל גְּחֹנְךָ תֵלֵךְ וְעָפָר תֹּאכַל כָּל יְמֵי חַיֶּיךָ”
“YHVH God said to the serpent, “Because you have done this, cursed are you more than all cattle, And more than every beast of the field; On your belly you will go, And dust you will eat All the days of your life;”
The word ‘this’ from ‘Because you have done this’, is related to Malchut and the lower H ה of the YHVH name. For that reason, the correction comes from the upper three letters of the name related to Zeir Anpin, יוד-הא-ואו numerically 39, which is forty less one.
