Holy Zohar text. Daily Zohar -3808

Zohar Miketz
Continued from previous DZ
#124
King Hezkiyah feared the sins he may have committed unknowingly, but he said, I can’t chant, pursue the enemy or go to battle. He stayed in the palace, praying to Hashem that answered his prayers and killed the enemies that placed Jerusalem under siege.
2 Kings 19:35
“And it came to pass on a certain night that the angel of Hashem went out, and killed in the camp of the Assyrians one hundred and eighty-five thousand; and when people arose early in the morning, there were the corpses—all dead.”
While King Hezkiyah was sleeping, Hashem fought the war for him and killed the entire army around Jerusalem.

#125
As we see, these Tzadikim fear the minor sins, so all the people of the world should have a greater fear of ignoring the little sins. Every sin should be searched and corrected before the evil side comes to inflict judgment without mercy and have control over us.

#126
Genesis 42:8
“So Joseph recognized his brothers, but they did not recognize him.”
When the brothers fell into Joseph’s hands, and because he was a whole person, meaning righteous, he felt pity for them. “They did not recognize him” is a reference to Shimon and Levi that are on the side of the Left, which is harsh judgment and expresses no pity on Joseph.
All those on the Left side of harsh judgment have no mercy on people when they fall into their hands.

Lesson;
Read 2 Kings chapter 19 for the extraordinary story of King Hezkiya, his prayer for assistance, and how Hashem answered his prayer and killed 185 thousand enemy soldiers in one night.
