Hebrew translation:

212. וְיֵשׁ כְּמוֹ הָרָקִיעַ הַמַּאֲרִיךְ בּוֹ תֵּבָה, וְהִיא נְקוּדָה חִירִיק כְּמוֹ חֹלָם. אֵין נְקֻדָּה שֶׁאֵין כְּמוֹתָהּ בַּטְּעָמִים. סֶגּוֹל אֶל סֶגוֹלְתָּא. שְׁבָא אֶל זָקֵף גָּדוֹל. כֻּלָּם תִּמְצָא לָהֶם נְקֻדּוֹת אֵצֶל הַטְּעָמִים לְמִי שֶׁיּוֹדֵעַ סוֹדוֹת טְמִירִים.
213. פָּתַח וְאָמַר, זַרְקָא מַקָּף שׁוֹפָר הוֹלֵךְ סֶגוֹלְתָּא. [פַּתָּח נְקֻדַּת יָמִין ה’ מֶלֶךְ. נְקֻדַּת סֶגּוֹל שְׂמֹאל ה’ מָלָךְ. בָּאֶמְצַע ה’ יִמְלוֹךְ לְמַטָּה. רַבִּי אָחָא אָמַר, ה’ מֶלֶךְ זֶה עוֹלָם עֶלְיוֹן, ה’ מָלָךְ זֶה תִפְאֶרֶת, ה’ יִמְלוֹךְ זֶה אֲרוֹן הַבְּרִית.

And there is a Nikkud that extends a word like the firmament, and it is the Nikkud of Chirik, like Cholam. There is no Nikkud that does not have a corresponding in the Teamim (cantillations). Segol is a Nikkud under the letter, and Segolta is above the word. Sheva is below a letter, and “Zakef Gadol” is above. Those who know can find many great secrets in the relations between the Nikkud and the Teamim.

“יְהוָה מֶלֶךְ יְהוָה מָלָךְ יְהוָה יִמְלֹךְ, לְעֹלָם וָעֶד”
“YHVH is king, YHVH was king, YHVH will reign, forever and ever.”
Rabbi Shimon opened and said, “Zareka” is the secret of the building of the Nukva. “Makaf Shofar” is the elevation of the Nukva to the supernal Mother. “Holech Segolta” is the secret of the revelation of the Light of Chassadim on the Right line of the Nukva.
Rabbi Shimon says, “YHVH King” is the Right line. “YHVH was King” is the Left line, and ” YHVH will reign forever” is the middle line.
Rabbi Echa said, “YHVH is King” is the upper world, “YHVH was King” is Tiferet, and “YHVH will reign forever” is the Ark of the covenant.

“YHVH was King” “יְהוָה מָלָךְ” – Psalm 93:1
“YHVH will reign forever” ”יְהוָה יִמְלֹךְ, לְעֹלָם וָעֶד” – Exodus 15:18

Hashem is omnipresent, so this special saying starts with the present tense. To avoid wrong thinking the sages add Hashem was King and for the future Hashem will be forever King.
The numerical value of “יְהוָה מֶלֶךְ יְהוָה מָלָךְ יְהוָה יִמְלֹךְ”, “YHVH is king, YHVH was king, YHVH will reign” is 358, same as Mashiach. We learn from that the presence of Hashem includes the Mashiach that will be revealed in this world and will reign “forever and ever”. May we all see him in our times.
