Hebrew translation:

153. וּמִשּׁוּם כָּךְ הַכֹּל מִתְקַיֵּם, וּצְרִיכִים אוֹהֲבֵי הָאִישׁ לְהִתְקַיֵּם בְּאוֹתוֹ פִּתְרוֹן טוֹב, וְהַכֹּל הוּא כָּרָאוּי. וּמִשּׁוּם כָּךְ הַקָּדוֹשׁ בָּרוּךְ הוּא מוֹדִיעַ לָאָדָם כָּל אֶחָד וְאֶחָד בְּאוֹתָהּ הַדַּרְגָּה שֶׁלּוֹ כְּמוֹ שֶׁהוּא, וּבְאוֹתוֹ גָוֶן שֶׁכָּל אֶחָד וְאֶחָד אוֹמֵר שֶׁיִּהְיֶה חֲלוֹם. אָמַר אוֹתוֹ יְהוּדִי, וַדַּאי שֶׁהַחֲלוֹם אֵינוֹ אֶלָּא לְאָדָם צַדִּיק, שֶׁהוּא רָאָה חֲלוֹם כָּרָאוּי.
154. וּבֹא וּרְאֵה, שֶׁכַּאֲשֶׁר אָדָם יָשֵׁן עַל מִטָּתוֹ, נִשְׁמָתוֹ יוֹצֵאת וּמְשׁוֹטֶטֶת בָּעוֹלָם לְמַעְלָה וְנִכְנֶסֶת לְמָקוֹם שֶׁנִּכְנֶסֶת, וְכַמָּה קְבוּצוֹת מַזִּיקִים עוֹמְדִים וְהוֹלְכִים בָּעוֹלָם וּפוֹגְשִׁים אֶת אוֹתָהּ הַנְּשָׁמָה. אִם הִיא צַדִּיקָה, עוֹלָה לְמַעְלָה וְרוֹאָה מַה שֶּׁרוֹאָה. וְאִם לֹא, נֶאֱחֶזֶת בַּצַּד הַהוּא, וּמוֹדִיעִים לָהּ דְּבָרִים כּוֹזְבִים אוֹ דְבָרִים שֶׁעֲתִידִים לָבֹא לַזְּמַן הַקָּרוֹב. וּכְשֶׁמִּתְעוֹרֶרֶת אוֹתָהּ הַנְּשָׁמָה שֶׁבּוֹ, הִיא מוֹדִיעָה לוֹ מַה שֶּׁרָאֲתָה.

For this reason, the Holy One, Blessed be He, reveals messages to the people in their dreams, each according to their spiritual level. Each one interprets his dream, for all dreams follow the words of the interpretation.
He said the dream is only for a righteous person who sees and understands his dreams.

When a person goes to sleep, their soul departs and wanders in the upper world, entering places it can access. Many camps of spirits roam that realm and encounter that soul. If the person is righteous, their soul ascends higher and sees what is shown to her. If the person is not righteous, the soul is captured by deceptive spirits of the lower levels and receives false messages or things that are about to happen in the near future.

Lesson;
The soul’s purity and level of righteousness determine its experiences and the validity of messages received in the upper realm during sleep.
