Daily Zohar – Tikunim – #118 – Compassion beyond time and space
Tikkun #6 – continue
Rabbi Elazar asks if the Mitzvah of the sending the Bird from its nest is to raise compassion and unification of the supernal father and mother, then what was its purpose when the Israelites and the Shechina were not in exile. At that time they could easily connect to the Light of Binah
Rabbi Shimon answered his son and said that the purpose of it was to bring mercy for the souls that were in exile, also at that time, Meaning the souls that experienced the destruction of the worlds during the process of creations.
The Creator was building and destroying worlds to create the correction, Tikkun, process so we can have the opportunity to work and create new.
Those souls did not have bodies and couldn’t create continuation so their souls need the correction supported by the Mitzvah of send the bird away from its nest.
