Daily Zohar 3965

Rabbi Yehuda said we have learned that man (Adam, אדם) includes male and female. He said to him, surely it is so, for he who connects male and female is called a man (Adam, אדם), and he fears the heavens. He also has humility and Chessed in him. And he that is not found with male and female in him has no fear of the heavens, nor humility, nor piety. And that is why a man (Adam, אדם) is called the inclusion of everything. And since he is called a man (Adam, אדם), there is Chessed in him.
It is written
Psalm 89:3
“For I have said, “Mercy (Chessed) shall be built up forever; Your faithfulness You shall establish in the very heavens.”
The world can not be built if there is no male and female.
Lesson;
To better understand this paragraph, consider a male as Light and a female as a vessel. To build something in this world, we need both, a connection to the Light with desire (vessel) from below.
#142
Psalm 103:17
“But the mercy of YHVH is from everlasting to everlasting on those who fear Him, And His righteousness to children’s children.”
“Those who fear Him” are in the aspect of (Adam, אדם), meaning include male and female because otherwise, they would not have a fear of Hashem.
Another explanation for “The mercy of YHVH is from everlasting to everlasting” is about the priests who come from the side of Chessed. They inherit inheritance from the upper world, Zeir Anpin, to bring to the lower world, which is Malchut. “On those who fear Him” are the priests below, who include male and female, as it is written;
Leviticus 16:6
“Aaron shall offer the bull as a sin offering, which is for himself, and make atonement for himself and for his house.”
This verse indicates a female aspect for the priest to be a man (Adam, אדם) that includes male and female.
“And His righteousness to children’s children” is because he merited to have children’s children. Rabbi Yehuda said it should say “His Chessed” instead of “his righteousness” because, by Chessed, he merits children’s children.
