Daily Zohar # 3997 – Balak – You shall hear my voice in the morning
Daily Zohar 3997

#350
Rabbi Elazar was going to see Rabbi Yossi, his father-in-law. Rabbi Aba and his friends went with him. Rabbi Elazar opened and said;
Psalm 5:4
“My voice You shall hear in the morning, O YHVH; In the morning I will direct it to You, And I will look up.”
What is Morning, he asked and answered; this is the morning of Abraham, which is Chessed, which is awakened in the world? It is written; “וַיַּשְׁכֵּם אַבְרָהָם בַּבֹּקֶר” “So Abraham rose early in the morning” (Genesis 22:3)
When the morning comes, Chessed is awakened in the world, and it is a time of goodwill for all, spreading kindness to the whole world for the righteous and the wicked. It is the time to pray before the Holy King.
#351
And when the morning comes, all the King’s prisoners, that is, the sinners who are imprisoned in the chains of sin, find rest, and a time of prayer is upon them. And all the more so those who repent and seek their wish from the Holy King. Because at that hour, one appointed angel goes out to the south, which is Chessed, and his name is Raphael, and all kinds of medicines in his hand. From the side of Chessed, one spirit comes out and reaches the same one in charge of medicine, which is Raphael.
And when the prayer comes before the Holy One Blessed be He, He commands his court that they will not open with judgment because Life is in the hands of the Holy One Blessed be He, and not in theirs.
Lesson;
Abraham is Chessed, which is the sefira that connects the lower seven sefirot with the upper three. During the night, we experience the aspect of death, and in the morning, we renew our connection to Life with the Light of Chessed. Anything positive we start in the morning has the Light of Chassadim attached to it.
This is an excellent playlist to listen to every day, especially in the morning.
