Hebrew translation:

352. וּמִתּוֹךְ שֶׁהוּא עֵת רָצוֹן, רָצָה הַקָּדוֹשׁ בָּרוּךְ הוּא זְכוּת אוֹתוֹ הָאִישׁ. אִם יִמָּצֵא בִתְפִלָּה (יָפֶה. וְאִם לֹא – נֶחְשָׁב לוֹ בְּשׁוֹגֵג) אוֹ שֶׁהוּא בַּעַל תְּשׁוּבָה – חָס עָלָיו. בְּאוֹתָהּ שָׁעָה נִשְׁמָע קוֹל צִפֳּרִים הַמְקַנְּנוֹת, שֶׁכָּתוּב (תהלים קד) אֲשֶׁר שָׁם צִפֳּרִים יְקַנֵּנוּ. וְאוֹתָן צִפֳּרִים מוֹדוֹת וּמְשַׁבְּחוֹת לַקָּדוֹשׁ-בָּרוּךְ-הוּא. וְאוֹתָהּ אַיֶּלֶת הַשַּׁחַר מִתְעוֹרֶרֶת בָּעוֹלָם וְאוֹמֶרֶת, (שם לא) מָה רַב טוּבְךָ אֲשֶׁר צָפַנְתָּ לִּירֵאֶיךָ וְגוֹ’. אָז אוֹתוֹ מְמֻנֶּה יוֹצֵא, וְעוֹשֶׂה כָּל מַה שֶּׁנִּצְטַוָּה.
353. וְאִם תֹּאמַר שֶׁמִּינֵי רְפוּאָה בְיָדוֹ כְּמוֹ שֶׁאָמַרְנוּ – לֹא כָּךְ! שֶׁהֲרֵי רְפוּאָה לֹא הָיְתָה, רַק בִּידֵי הַמֶּלֶךְ הַקָּדוֹשׁ. אֲבָל בְּשָׁעָה שֶׁפּוֹקֵד הַקָּדוֹשׁ בָּרוּךְ הוּא רְפוּאָה לְאוֹתוֹ הָאָדָם, הוּא יוֹצֵא, וְכָל הַמְקַטְרְגִים הַמְמֻנִּים עַל מַחֲלוֹת רָעוֹת פּוֹחֲדִים מִמֶּנּוּ. אָז אוֹתָהּ הָרוּחַ שֶׁנָּסְעָה מִצַּד דָּרוֹם מוֹשִׁיטָה לוֹ לְאוֹתוֹ אָדָם, וַהֲרֵי הָרְפוּאָה נִמְצֵאת, וְהַכֹּל בִּידֵי הַקָּדוֹשׁ בָּרוּךְ הוּא.

Because the morning is a time of goodwill, The Holy One Blessed be He looks to grant merits for the man, and if he is in prayer, or he has repented, Hashem has mercy on him. And at that time, the sound of birds nesting is heard because these birds thank and praise the Holy One Blessed be He, as it is written;
Psalm 104:17
“אֲשֶׁר שָׁם צִפֳּרִים יְקַנֵּנוּ חֲסִידָה בְּרוֹשִׁים בֵּיתָהּ.”
“Where the birds make their nests; The stork has her home in the fir trees.”
And the morning star awoke in the world and said,
Psalm 31:20
“מָה רַב טוּבְךָ אֲשֶׁר צָפַנְתָּ לִּירֵאֶיךָ פָּעַלְתָּ לַחֹסִים בָּךְ נֶגֶד בְּנֵי אָדָם.”
“Oh, how great is Your goodness, Which You have laid up for those who fear You, Which You have prepared for those who trust in You In the presence of the sons of men!”
Then the one appointed on healing comes out and does whatever he is ordered.

And if you say that the kinds of medicine are in the hands of the appointed one as we have said, it is not so, for medicine is nothing but in the hands of the Holy King. At the time Hashem commands healing for a person, the appointed one goes out, and all prosecutors in charge of bad diseases are afraid of him. Then the spirit of healing travels from the south, which is Chessed and extends healing Light to the man, meaning, deliver the medicine. Everything is in the hands of the Holy One Blessed be He.

Lesson;
The connection to healing is with the Light of Chassadim. All our positive actions like Torah study, Tzedakah, and sharing draw the Light of Chassadim and connect us to health, life in this world, and in the world to come as we read from the text below.
Health is from Hashem, not from the doctor that prescribes medicine that was dictated to him by powerful pharmaceutical companies with a goal to make huge profits by dealing with symptoms and maintaining health issues from going worse to keep milking money from the sick.
Stay healthy by connecting to Hashem’s chassadim, eat less, simple, and organic. Avoid packaged food with many ingredients. There’s always something bad in them.

Psalm 42:9
“יוֹמָם יְצַוֶּה יְהוָה חַסְדּוֹ וּבַלַּיְלָה שירה [שִׁירוֹ] עִמִּי תְּפִלָּה לְאֵל חַיָּי.”
“YHVH will command His lovingkindness in the daytime, And in the night His song shall be with me— A prayer to the God of my life.”

With regard to the aforementioned verse, Reish Lakish said: Whoever occupies himself with Torah at night, the Holy One, Blessed be He, extends a thread of kindness (Chessed) over him by day, as it is stated: “By day, the Lord will command His kindness,” and what is the reason that “by day, the Lord will command His kindness”? Because “and in the night His song,” i.e., the song of Torah, “is with me.” And some say that Reish Lakish said: Whoever occupies himself with Torah in this world, which is comparable to night, the Holy One, Blessed be He, extends a thread of kindness(Chessed) over him in the World-to-Come, which is comparable to ‘day’, as it is stated: “By day, the Lord will command His kindness, and in the night His song is with me.”
