Hebrew translation:

134. עוֹד פָּתַח וְאָמַר, וַאֲנִי הִנְנִי מֵבִיא אֶת הַמַּבּוּל מַיִם. מָה הַטַּעַם הִנְנִי כֵּיוָן שֶׁאָמַר וַאֲנִי? אֶלָּא אֲנִי, אָנֹכִי, [הִנְנִי] – הַכֹּל זֶה דָּבָר אֶחָד.בֹּא רְאֵה, בְּכָל מָקוֹם אֲנִי נַעֲשֶׂה גּוּף לַנְּשָׁמָה, וַדַּאי שֶׁמְּקַבֶּלֶת מִמַּה שֶּׁלְּמַעְלָה, וְלָכֵן נִרְמָז בְּאוֹת הַבְּרִית, שֶׁכָּתוּב אֲנִי הִנֵּה בְּרִיתִי אִתָּךְ. אֲנִי שֶׁקַּיֶּמֶת בְּגָלוּי מְזֻמֶּנֶת לָדַעַת, אֲנִי כִּסֵּא לְמַה שֶּׁלְּמַעְלָה, אֲנִי שֶׁעוֹשָׂה נְקָמוֹת לְדוֹרֵי דוֹרוֹת. וַאֲנִי – כּוֹלֵל זָכָר וּנְקֵבָה כְּאֶחָד. אַחַר כָּךְ נִרְשָׁם לְבַדּוֹ, שֶׁהִזְדַּמֵּן לַעֲשׂוֹת דִּין. הִנְנִי. מֵבִיא אֶת הַמַּבּוּל מַיִם.
135. כֵּיוָן שֶׁאָמַר מֵבִיא אֶת הַמַּבּוּל, לֹא יָדַעְנוּ שֶׁהוּא מַיִם? אֶלָּא אֶת הַמַּבּוּל, לְרַבּוֹת מַלְאַךְ הַמָּוֶת. שֶׁאַף עַל גַּב שֶׁהָיוּ מַיִם, הַמַּשְׁחִית [לְהַשְׁחִית בָּהֶם] [הָיָה] הוֹלֵךְ בָּעוֹלָם לְהַשְׁמִיד בְּאוֹתָם הַמַּיִם.

Genesis 6:17
“וַאֲנִי הִנְנִי מֵבִיא אֶת הַמַּבּוּל מַיִם עַל הָאָרֶץ לְשַׁחֵת כָּל בָּשָׂר אֲשֶׁר בּוֹ רוּחַ חַיִּים מִתַּחַת הַשָּׁמָיִם כֹּל אֲשֶׁר בָּאָרֶץ יִגְוָע.”
“And I Myself am bringing floodwaters on the earth, to destroy from under heaven all flesh in which is the breath of life; everything that is on the earth shall die.”
He asks what is the point of the scripture saying “וַאֲנִי הִנְנִי”” I Myself am” after it has already said,” I.” He replies that everything is one thing. Wherever it is written “אני” “I”, it is a connection between the body and the soul. “I” is a female with the body aspect for Zeir Anpin that is considered a soul for the body.

The body receives from Zeir Anpin. It is implied in the word “ואני” “And I”. with the added letter Vav before “I” “אני.” The Vav ו represents Yessod of Zeir Anpin and the covenant as it is written;
Genesis 17:4
“אֲנִי הִנֵּה בְרִיתִי אִתָּךְ וְהָיִיתָ לְאַב הֲמוֹן גּוֹיִם.”
“As for Me, behold, My covenant is with you, and you shall be a father of many nations.”
“ואני” “And I” indicate male and female together. When the female, “אני” “I” is by itself without the “ו” Vav, it tells that the judgment is done by the Nukva alone.

He asks why it is said “floodwaters on the earth” when we understand that “flood” is water. He answers that, except for the flood, the angel of death was there to use the water for destruction.
