Rabbi Shimon said, indeed, this thing is a concealed thing, and I wonder how King Solomon did not know it when speaking;
Proverbs 30:18,19
“שְׁלֹשָׁה הֵמָּה נִפְלְאוּ מִמֶּנִּי וְאַרְבָּעָה לֹא יְדַעְתִּים.”
“דֶּרֶךְ הַנֶּשֶׁר בַּשָּׁמַיִם דֶּרֶךְ נָחָשׁ עֲלֵי צוּר דֶּרֶךְ אֳנִיָּה בְלֶב יָם וְדֶרֶךְ גֶּבֶר בְּעַלְמָה.”
“There are three things which are too wonderful for me and four which I do not understand:”
“The way of an eagle in the air, The way of a serpent on a rock, The way of a ship in the midst of the sea, And the way of a man with a virgin.”
He said to him King Solomon knew, but not so much. He didn’t see the use of the voice and its deeper meaning.

The head of the yeshiva said King Solomon did not know this detail because that voice is included from Ruach and Nefesh, and the vapor of the bones and the shape of the flesh. The voice wanders in the air, and each of those three separates from the other. And when the voice reaches that place, it enters and sits as if dead. And all those sorcerers and magicians know these places with their magic and bend themselves to the ground and hear this voice, in which the Ruach, Nefesh, and the vapor connect, and they tell the answer to what they were asked. This is magic drawn from the ground. Solomon pursued to know what was done by this voice, and he did not know. Blessed is your lot Rabbi Shimon, that the truth becomes clear to you.
