Hebrew translation:

152. מֹשֶׁה הָיָה בַּחוּץ, וְלֹא נִכְנַס לְשָׁם לֹא גוּפוֹ וְלֹא עַצְמוֹתָיו. אֶלָּא נִכְנְסָה הַשְּׁכִינָה לָאָרֶץ. אַחַר שֶׁמֹּשֶׁה מֵת וְחָזְרָה לְבַעְלָהּ הָרִאשׁוֹן, וַדַּאי הוּא יַעֲקֹב. מִכָּאן נְקֵבָה שֶׁנִּשֵּׂאת לִשְׁנַיִם בְּאוֹתוֹ הָעוֹלָם, הִיא חוֹזֶרֶת לָרִאשׁוֹן. מֹשֶׁה הָיָה בַּחוּץ, כֵּיוָן שֶׁבַּעְלָהּ הָרִאשׁוֹן הָיָה בָּאָרֶץ.
153. מֹשֶׁה זָכָה בְּחַיָּיו מַה שֶּׁלֹּא זָכָה בּוֹ יַעֲקֹב. יַעֲקֹב שִׁמֵּשׁ בָּהּ בְּאוֹתוֹ עוֹלָם, וּמֹשֶׁה בָּעוֹלָם הַזֶּה. וְאִם תֹּאמַר שֶׁזֶּה הָיָה הַחִסָּרוֹן שֶׁל מֹשֶׁה – לֹא כָּךְ! אֶלָּא כְּשֶׁיָּצְאוּ יִשְׂרָאֵל מִמִּצְרַיִם, מִצַּד הַיּוֹבֵל הָיָה, וְכָל אוֹתָם שִׁשִּׁים רִבּוֹא הָיוּ מֵעוֹלָם הָעֶלְיוֹן. וּבְאוֹתָהּ הַדְּמוּת הָלְכוּ בַמִּדְבָּר, וְאֶחָד מֵהֶם לֹא נִכְנַס לָאָרֶץ, אֶלָּא בְּנֵיהֶם תּוֹלְדוֹתֵיהֶם כָּרָאוּי, שֶׁהֵם תִּקּוּן הַלְּבָנָה, וְכָל מַעֲשֵׂי הָאָרֶץ הָיוּ תִקּוּן הַלְּבָנָה.

Moshe was outside the Holy Land, and neither his body nor his bones entered the Land. But after Moses died, the Shechina entered the Land and returned to her first husband, Jacob. Because Moses was in the aspect of the inner level of Zeir Anpin, he could be with the Nukva only during his life but not after his death. The spiritual law is that if a woman is married to two men, she returns to her first husband after her death. Moses was buried outside the Land of Israel because the first husband of the Nukva, Jacob, was inside the Land.

Moses had merits in his life that Jacob did not have. Jacob unified Zeir Anpin with the Nukva in the upper world only after his death. Moses caused the unification of Zeir Anpin and Nukva in this world.
Not unifying Zeir Anpin and Nukva after his death is not considered a shortcoming for Moses. Because when Israel came out of Egypt, it was from the aspect of the Jubilee, which is Binah. All six hundred thousand people of the generation that left Egypt were with souls from the upper world, Binah. None of them entered the Land, but their children did because their correction was related to the Nukva, working the Land of Israel.

Lesson;
The souls of Israel come from Zeir Anpin, and because the Nukva is corrected in the upper world, Binah, the soul’s roots of Israel are also in Binah. They could not be redeemed from the level of Zeir Anpin, and to redeem them, the Holy One, Blessed be He, drew souls from Binah to the entire generation that left Egypt. This is the secret of;
Jeremiah 31:10
“כִּי פָדָה יְהוָה אֶת יַעֲקֹב וּגְאָלוֹ מִיַּד חָזָק מִמֶּנּוּ.”
“For YHVH has redeemed Jacob, And ransomed him from the hand of one stronger than he.”
From the pure essence of the souls of Israel, the impurity of Egypt was stronger than the holiness of Israel, but Hashem illuminated their souls with the Light of Binah to elevate and redeem them.
