And therefore, in the future, the Holy One, blessed be He, will reveal that sun and shine it upon Israel, as it is written: “וְזָרְחָה לָכֶם יִרְאֵי שְׁמִי שֶׁמֶשׁ צְדָקָה”, “And the sun of righteousness will shine for you who fear My name” (Malachi 3:20). What is the sun of righteousness? And he answers: This is the sun of Jacob, in which he was healed.
“וּמַרְפֵּא בִּכְנָפֶיהָ”, “and healing in its wings” (Malachi 3:20), for at that time all will be healed. For at the time when Israel will rise from the dust, how many lame and how many blind will be among them. And then the Holy One, blessed be He, will shine upon them that sun to be healed by it, as it is written: “וּמַרְפֵּא בִּכְנָפֶיהָ”, “and healing in its wings.”
Notes:
In the future, YHVH will reveal Jacob’s sun (שֶׁמֶשׁ צְדָקָה) to heal the resurrected, especially the lame and blind rising from dust. Its wings bring complete healing (וּמַרְפֵּא בִּכְנָפֶיהָ), fulfilling redemption for those fearing His name.

And then that sun will shine from one end of the world to the other. And for Israel, it will be healing, and the idol-worshipping nations will be burned by it. But for Israel what is written: “אָז יִבָּקַע כַּשַּׁחַר אוֹרֶךָ וַאֲרֻכָתְךָ מְהֵרָה תִצְמָח”, “Then your light will break forth like the dawn, and your healing will spring forth speedily” (Isaiah 58:8).
