Hebrew translation:

בֹּא וּרְאֵה, שְׁכִינָה נִקְרֵאת שֻׁלְחָן מִצַּד הַשְּׂמֹאל, וְהַמְּנוֹרָה מִצַּד הַיָּמִין, וּמִטָּה מְמֻצַּעַת מִצִּדּוֹ שֶׁל הָעַמּוּד הָאֶמְצָעִי, וּמִשּׁוּם זֶה זִוּוּגוֹ בָאֶמְצַע בֵּין צָפוֹן לְדָרוֹם, וַהֲרֵי פֵּרְשׁוּהָ חֲכָמִים, כָּל הַנּוֹתֵן מִטָּתוֹ בֵּין צָפוֹן לְדָרוֹם יִהְיוּ לוֹ בָנִים זְכָרִים וְכוּ’. הַשֻּׁלְחָן סָמוּךְ עַל אַרְבָּעָה עַמּוּדִים, שֶׁהוּא כְמוֹ שֶׁהַגּוּף שֶׁתּוֹמְכִים בּוֹ הַזְּרוֹעוֹת וְהַשּׁוֹקַיִם שֶׁהֵם אַרְבַּע, וְצָרִיךְ שִׁשָּׁה לְחָמִים מִצַּד זֶה, וְשִׁשָּׁה לְחָמִים מִצַּד זֶה.

וְסוֹד הַדָּבָר – זֶה הַשֻּׁלְחָן אֲשֶׁר לִפְנֵי יהו”ה, זֶ”ה בְּחֶשְׁבּוֹן ו’ ו’, שֶׁהֵם שִׁשָּׁה פְרָקִים שֶׁל שְׁתֵּי הַזְּרוֹעוֹת וְשִׁשָּׁה הַפְּרָקִים שֶׁל שְׁתֵּי הַשּׁוֹקַיִם, שֶׁהֲרֵי הַשְּׁכִינָה נַעֲשֵׂית גּוּף לַמֶּלֶךְ בְּכָל תִּקּוּנָהּ, וּבְאֵלּוּ שְׁנֵים עָשָׂר הַפְּרָקִים שֶׁל הַנְּקֵבָה וּשְׁנֵים עָשָׂר הַפְּרָקִים שֶׁל הַזָּכָר, הַמַּלְאָכִים אוֹמְרִים וְקָרָא זֶה אֶל זֶה וְאָמַר קָדוֹשׁ קָדוֹשׁ קָדוֹשׁ וְגוֹמֵר. זֶ”ה עִם הַקָּדוֹשׁ בָּרוּךְ הוּא הוּא אֶחָ”ד, זֶ”ה עִם הַשְּׁכִינָה אֶחָ”ד, וְהַכֹּל יהו”ה אֶחָ”ד, מְיַחֵד אֶת שְׁנֵיהֶם, וּכְנֶגֶד זֶה אֶל זֶה אָמַר דָּוִד עֶשְׂרִים וְאַרְבַּע רְנָנוֹת, וְהֵם כְּנֶגֶד עֶשְׂרִים וְאַרְבָּעָה סִפְרֵי הַתּוֹרָה.

Tikkun 47 – 10

There are three important elements of connection on Shabbat. Table, Lamp and Bed

The dining table is the aspect of the left column and it represents the desire for the light. Because of the special light, it is better to add and serve different food on Shabbat. We bake Challah that is braided with three lines of dough. We also eat fish (Right, Chessed) and red meat (left, Gevurah) to create central column and balance.

Shabbat candles are the aspect of right colomn. They bring home the light of Shabbat. Another aspect of drawing light of Binah is by studying the deep secrets of the Torah.

The third aspect of drawing light of Shabbat is when Husband (right) and Wife (left) unify to transfer light and bring blessings and balance into their lives. The man should meditate, just like on the wedding night, to transfer the soul level of Ruach to his wife.

After receiving the Shabbat on Friday night, fathers can channel blessings to their children.
