In the month of Sivan, we celebrate Shavuot and the receiving of the Torah, Zeir Anpin. The Torah tells us that we are all ‘sons’ of God (Deuteronomy 14:1). For that reason, we have an opening to bless our children for success in all aspects of life.
It is especially powerful when said on the day before Rosh Chodesh Sivan (Gemini).
