Holy Zohar text. Daily Zohar -433.

Tikkun 21 – 174

Isaiah 50:3
“I clothe the heavens with blackness, and I make sackcloth their covering.”

The dark heavens is the separation between the light and the vessel, Malchut.

As a result we read in Song of Song 1:6
“Look not upon me, that I am swarthy, that the sun has tanned me; my mother’s sons were incensed against me, they made me keeper of the vineyards; but my own vineyard have I not kept.”

The Song of Songs is a coded story about the yearning of the Shechina and the Light to come together and reunite.

In this verse the Shechinah is saying; Don’t look at me because I am not one with the light (Sun). I am in the dark.

‘My mother’s sons’ are the Sefirot of Zeir Anpin that separate the Shechinah from the supernal light. They put her as keeper of Malchut (Vinyard), while she is away from her natural place (her vineyard), that is oneness with the light.

When we understand the codes of Song of Songs, we can see how difficult the separation of the Shechina is, from the light. This should encourage us to make the efforts and keep the connection of the Shechina with the light.
