We have learned from the Holy luminary, Rabbi Shimon, that the Holy One, Blessed be He, spared the honor of Nadav and Avihu, and their bodies were burned inwardly, and their souls were not lost, as explained before.
Until the sons of Aaron had died, it is written;
Exodus 6:25
“וְאֶלְעָזָר בֶּן אַהֲרֹן לָקַח לוֹ מִבְּנוֹת פּוּטִיאֵל לוֹ לְאִשָּׁה וַתֵּלֶד לוֹ אֶת פִּינְחָס אֵלֶּה רָאשֵׁי אֲבוֹת הַלְוִיִּם לְמִשְׁפְּחֹתָם.”
“Eleazar, Aaron’s son, took for himself one of the daughters of Putiel as a wife, and she bore him Phinehas. These are the heads of the fathers’ houses of the Levites according to their families.”
He was called Pinchas because he was going to correct the wrong, that is, to correct the flaws of Nadav and Avihu, as mentioned above. Even though Nadav and Avihu had not yet died, this is in the aspect of “And what is to be has already been” (Ecclesiastes 3:15).

We have learned that all righteous of truth before they come into the world all is corrected above and called by names. And Rabbi Shimon bar Yochai from the day the Holy One Blessed be He created the world, he was ready before HaShem and was with him, and Hashem called him by his name. Blessed be his share above and below. On it is written,
Proverbs 23:25
“יִשְׂמַח אָבִיךָ וְאִמֶּךָ וְתָגֵל יוֹלַדְתֶּךָ.”
“Let your father and your mother be glad, And let her who bore you rejoice.”
“Your father” is the Holy One, Blessed be He, and “your mother” is the Congregation of Israel, Malchut.

Lesson;
“Righteous of truth” are the righteous that connect to the Torah. Their souls can connect to higher levels, above and below, and reveal Light in the world. Other simple righteous people are those who do good in this world. They have great merits but not at the “Righteous of truth” level that the Zohar refers to above.
Hashem prepares the cure before the pain. Even if we made a mistake or failed to choose correctly, the solution is nearby. All we need is to stay on the path to reveal it.
