Holy Zohar text. Daily Zohar -4471

Hebrew translation:

174. כְּמוֹ זֶה יָדַע שְׁלֹמֹה הַמֶּלֶךְ, יָדַע בְּכִסְאוֹ, שֶׁרוּחַ הַקֹּדֶשׁ שָׁרְתָה עָלָיו. שֶׁכָּל מִי שֶׁקָּרַב לְכִסְאוֹ, פַּחַד וְאֵימָה נָפְלוּ עָלָיו, וּבוֹ הָיָה דָּן דִּין בְּלִי עֵדוּת, מִשּׁוּם שֶׁהַדְּיוֹקְנָאוֹת הָיוּ בְּכִסְאוֹ, וְכָל מִי שֶׁקָּרַב בְּשֶׁקֶר, אוֹתוֹ הַדְּיוֹקָן מְכַשְׁכֵּשׁ, וְהָיָה שְׁלֹמֹה הַמֶּלֶךְ יוֹדֵעַ שֶׁבָּא בְשֶׁקֶר. לָכֵן אֵימַת הַכִּסֵּא הָיְתָה נוֹפֶלֶת עַל הַכֹּל, וְכֻלָּם נִמְצְאוּ צַדִּיקִים לְפָנָיו.
175. מֶלֶךְ הַמָּשִׁיחַ בְּרֵיחַ, כְּמוֹ שֶׁנֶּאֱמַר (שם יא) וַהֲרִיחוֹ בְּיִרְאַת ה’ וְלֹא לְמַרְאֵה עֵינָיו יִשְׁפֹּט וְגוֹ’. וּשְׁלֹשֶׁת אֵלֶּה דָּנוּ אֶת הָעוֹלָם בְּלֹא עֵדִים וְהַתְרָאָה. שְׁאָר בְּנֵי הָעוֹלָם עַל פִּי עֵדִים, עַל מַאֲמַר הַתּוֹרָה. חֲכָמִים שֶׁמַּכִּירִים בְּאוֹתָם דְּיוֹקְנָאוֹת, עֲלֵיהֶם לְהַזְהִיר אֶת בְּנֵי הָעוֹלָם וְלָתֵת רְפוּאָה לִבְנֵי אָדָם וּלְרַפֵּא אֶת נַפְשָׁם. אַשְׁרֵיהֶם בָּעוֹלָם הַזֶּה וְאַשְׁרֵיהֶם בָּעוֹלָם הַבָּא!

Similarly, King Solomon knew. He knew that the Holy Spirit rested upon him through his throne, such that anyone who approached his throne felt terror and fear. He would judge cases without witnesses because there were forms on his throne, and whoever approached with falsehood, that form would beat, and King Solomon knew that the person came with a lie. For this reason, the fear of the throne fell upon all, and every one was found righteous before him.

The King Mashiach judges by smell, as it is said,
Isaiah 11:3
“וַהֲרִיחוֹ בְּיִרְאַת יְהוָה וְלֹא לְמַרְאֵה עֵינָיו יִשְׁפּוֹט וְלֹא לְמִשְׁמַע אָזְנָיו יוֹכִיחַ.”
“And he shall smell in the fear of the Lord, and he shall not judge after the sight of his eyes, nor reprove after the hearing of his ears.”
Moses, King Solomon, and the Mashiach judge the world without witnesses and warnings. The rest of the world judges according to testimony and the Torah. The sages known for these forms are responsible for warning the people of the world, providing remedies to humankind, and healing them. Blessed are they in this world, and blessed are they in the world to come.

Lesson;
The Mashiach would not need access to police records to judge a person. Using the sense of smell, the Mashiach would recognize a person’s level of purity.
Doing Teshuva helps in ‘resetting’ the level of past ‘stench’ accumulated by a person’s evil deeds. The soul was ‘blown’ into man through the nose, and since the sense of smell was not part of the first sin, it’s the pure way to ‘smell’ a person.
