Come and see, on the holiday of Sukkot, they circle the altar once every day, and at the end seven times (Sukkah 45a). What does this teach us. Rather, it is like a king who invites guests and occupies himself with them, and who has only one daughter. She said to him, My lord the king, because of the guests you do not pay attention to me. He said to her, By your life, my daughter, one gift I will raise up for you every day that is equal to all of them.
Notes:
The circling of the altar on Sukkot teaches that even while the offerings serve the nations (the guests), Malchut (the only daughter) receives a daily special gift from Zeir Anpin that equals all the rest.

So every day of the holiday, the people of Israel were offering in a way corresponding to the nations of the world. These are the seventy bulls that they were offering corresponding to the seventy nations. The altar, which is Malchut, said to the Holy King, who is Zeir Anpin, For all of them there are portions and parts, that is, for all the nations, and to me what do You give. He said to her, Every day they will circle you, the seven upper days, which are the seven sefirot of Zeir Anpin, for each one is included of all of them to bless you, and they will give you seventy portions every day, for each one is included of ten, corresponding to the seventy bulls that are offered on the festival corresponding to the seventy nations. It is found that every day Israel offers corresponding to all the nations of the world.
Notes:
Each day of Sukkot, the seventy bulls offered for the nations are balanced by the seven circles of the altar. These circles draw the full power of the seven sefirot of Zeir Anpin (each containing ten) to bless and fill Malchut with seventy portions of her own.
