Rabbi Yehuda said, Seven portions every day, even though they do only one circle, it is because every day Malchut is blessed from all of them, for the seven sefirot are included one in the other. The specific sefirah of each day is included from all seven, and they are seventy portions corresponding to the seventy nations. And at the end of the seven days, that is, on Hoshana Rabbah, Malchut is blessed from the place where the anointing oil (שֶּׁמֶן הַמִּשְׁחָה) is found, that is, from Binah, where the abundance of Chochmah is found, which is called oil. And therefore they circle seven times, corresponding to all these seven days, which are the seven sefirot of Zeir Anpin, to draw and establish for her blessings from the spring of the river that flows continuously and is not stopped, which is Binah. And it is found that what she is blessed with every single day of the seven days of Sukkot, until the seven days, she is blessed from the spring of the river, which is Yessod of Zeir Anpin, that does not flow continuously but is stopped, for it does not shine in completeness except at the time of prayer, and on Shabbats and holidays. And similarly another time, that is, on Hoshana Rabbah, when they circle the altar seven times, she is blessed seven times together, and the blessings are then established in her from the upper place from which the spring comes out and is not stopped, which is Binah, as we have said.
Notes:
Each day of Sukkot, Malchut receives seven portions through one circuit because the sefirot are interconnected. On Hoshana Rabbah, the seven circuits draw continuous blessing directly from Binah (the anointing oil and unending spring), unlike the limited flow from Yessod on the other days.

Every day during the days of the holiday they proclaim about her and say, “עַד עֲקָרָה יָלְדָה שִׁבְעָה וְרַבַּת בָּנִים אֻמְלָלָה” “Until the barren one has borne seven, and she who has many children has become feeble” (1 Samuel 2:5). “Until the barren one has borne seven” — this is the Congregation of Israel, that is blessed from the seven sefirot of Zeir Anpin every day. She rises at the end to the upper account, that is, in Binah, as mentioned in the nearby teaching. “And she who has many children has become feeble” — these are the nations of the idolaters, that rise on the first day to a great account, that is, to thirteen bulls, and afterward they diminish and go down every single day until seven bulls. And therefore the altar atones for the iniquities of Israel; the altar purifies them and bestows upon them blessings from above to below.
Notes:
The verse “the barren one has borne seven” refers to Malchut (Congregation of Israel) being blessed by the seven sefirot of Zeir Anpin and ultimately from Binah. “She who has many children has become feeble” refers to the nations, whose offerings decrease from thirteen bulls on the first day to seven on the last. Through this, the altar atones for Israel and channels blessings downward.
