הַיִּחוּד שֶׁל שְׁנֵיהֶם כַּלָּה וַחֲמוֹתָהּ, (ה’ מִן אֱלֹהִי”ם ו’) (ה”י מִן אֱלֹהִי”ם ו’ מָלֵא), הַכְּלָל שֶׁל שְׁנֵיהֶם ה”ה, אֵם וּבַת, ו’ בֵּין שְׁתֵּיהֶן, לְמַעְלָה אֵין עֶרְוָה, וּבַמָּקוֹם הַזֶּה אָמַר לֹא תִדְמֶה לְיוֹצֶרְךָ, לְמַטָּה חוּץ לִמְקוֹמוֹ אָמַר לֹא תִקְרְבוּ לְגַלּוֹת, וַהֲרֵי בֵּאַרְנוּ לְעֵיל. וְעוֹד מָצָאנוּ סוֹד עֶלְיוֹן, עֶרְוָ”ה עֵ”ר ו”ה, כְּשֶׁו’ בֵּין עֵר, שֶׁהוּא רַע, נַעֲשֶׂה עוֹר, זֶהוּ שֶׁכָּתוּב וַיַּעַשׂ יהו”ה אֱלֹהִי”ם לְאָדָם וּלְאִשְׁתּוֹ כָּתְנוֹת עוֹר וַיַּלְבִּשֵׁם, וַעֲלֵיהֶם נֶאֱמַר וְלִפְנֵי עִוֵּר לֹא תִתֵּן מִכְשׁוֹל, שֶׁהֲרֵי רַע מִן עִוֵּר, הוּא עֶרְוָה שֶׁמַּפְרִידָה בֵּין ו”ה שֶׁהֵם אָח וְאָחוֹת, כְּשֶׁמִּתְלַבֵּשׁ עֵץ הַחַיִּים בָּעֵץ שֶׁל טוֹב וָרָע, זֶהוּ שֶׁכָּתוּב וְעֵץ הַחַיִּים בְּתוֹךְ הַגָּן וְעֵץ הַדַּעַת טוֹב וָרָע, בִּזְמַן שֶׁהִיא (שֶׁזֶּה) עֵר, בֵּין הַבֵּן וְהַבַּת לֹא תִקְרְבוּ לְגַלּוֹת עֶרְוָה, לֹא תִקְרְבוּ ו’ לְה’, שֶׁלֹּא יִתְגַּלֶּה רַע בֵּינֵיהֶם, שֶׁהוּא אַחֵר, שֶׁעָלָיו נֶאֱמַר וְסוֹד אַחֵר אַל תְּגַל, עֶרְיָ”ה תֵעוֹר קַשְׁתֶּךָ, עֵר יה, רַע בִּזְמַן שֶׁהוּא בֵּין י”ה, אוֹתוֹ הָרָע לֹא תִקְרַב י’ עִם ה’.

Tikkun 69 – 2

Leviticus 18:6
“אִישׁ אִישׁ אֶל-כָּל-שְׁאֵר בְּשָׂרוֹ, לֹא תִקְרְבוּ לְגַלּוֹת עֶרְוָה: אֲנִי, יְהוָה”
“None of you shall approach to any that is near of kin to him, to uncover their nakedness. I am YHVH”
The unification of man and woman is the aspect of bringing the letters Vav and the Heh of the YHVH name together to draw light from the upper levels.

The word for ‘nakedness’ is עֶרְוָה and it is constructed from ער that means ‘awake’ and is connected to the light and וה. When the unification is not proper the ער turns רע which means ‘bad’.

Genesis 3:21
“וַיַּעַשׂ יְהוָה אֱלֹהִים לְאָדָם וּלְאִשְׁתּוֹ, כָּתְנוֹת עוֹר וַיַּלְבִּשֵׁם”
“And YHVH God made for Adam and for his wife garments of skins (עוֹר), and clothed them”

The sin was related to ‘bad’ unification between Eve and the Snake, and between Adam and Eve. After the sin God made garments of skin for them עוֹר that was a disconnection from the Tree of Life. The word for skin has the same letters as the word ‘blind’. This tells us that the body makes us ‘blind’ to the true light.
