Zohar Chukat

Numbers 19:2

“זֹאת חֻקַּת הַתּוֹרָה, אֲשֶׁר-צִוָּה יְהוָה לֵאמֹר”
“This is the statute of the law (Torah) which YHVH has commanded”

“This”, “זֹאת”  is the aspect of Malchut (see below list of DZ studies related to this special word). “חֻקַּת ”, “the statute” is constructed from חק and ת. The first two letters חק literally mean ‘law’. The letter ת is constructed from the letter Dalet ד and Nun נ. These letters דנ represent judgment of this world.

זֹאת = This = Malchut
חֻקַּת = Laws חק,  judgment דנ
הַתּוֹרָה = The Torah = Zeir Anpin
To connect to Zeir Anpin, Malchut needs to follow the laws and avoid judgments.

The letter ת is the last letter of the 22 letters of the Alef-Bet, the last letter of the word Malchut, מלכות, and the last letter in the word for ‘death’, ‘מוות’. As the Zohar teaches us it represents judgment.

The Zohar mentions that the letter ת  can be also considered as constructed from the letters Resh  ר  and the letter Nun נ. Both Resh and Dalet have the same meaning because both represent ‘lack’ and ‘poverty’ that is the aspect of Malchut that doesn’t have Light of its own.

YHVH  יהוה is the name of God that we see in our eyes but we are not allowed to pronounce. Instead we use the word ADNY אדני. The first letter Alef א and the last letter Yod י represent the levels of Keter and Chokmah but the two letters in the middle are Dalet ד and Nun נ that as we studied above represent judgment.

The world of Malchut we live in is a world of judgment. The rules and laws of the Torah help us overcome the judgment and bring Light and peace into our lives.

The Zohar follows with discussion on the Red Heifer that was used to cleanse judgments from the world. We will study it in the next DZ.

We can do it only with ‘this’

This = 600,000
Use ‘this’ to deflate your ego
This+Torah = 600,000
