Daily Zohar # 2193 – Masei – Fourty two
Hebrew translation:
- .
Mas’ei
The portion of Masei is the last one in the book of Numbers and it doesn’t have Zohar study.
The Zohar text above is from the portion of Bo and it refers to a verse from Masei.
In this portion, we read the count of the 42 stations that the Israelites made on their journey to the Promised Land.
The number 42 connects us to the beginning of the book of Genesis. This first 42 letters of the Torah are the seeds for the 42 initial letters of the Ana B’Koach prayer. It also called the holy name of 42. The Ana B’Koach creates for us powerful angels with creative force.
Before the “repeated Torah” of Deuteronomy the Torah closes the circle and connects to the beginning.
I hope to write a special article related to the Ana B’Koach and the 42 letters during this week, B’Li Neder.
