Hebrew translation:

44. אָמַר לוֹ, כָּל הַתּוֹרָה נִסְתֶּרֶת וּגְלוּיָה, וּשְׁמוֹ הַקָּדוֹשׁ נִסְתָּר וְגָלוּי, וְכָתוּב (דברים כט) הַנִּסְתָּרֹת לַה’ אֱלֹהֵינוּ וְהַנִּגְלֹת לָנוּ וּלְבָנֵינוּ. הַנִּגְלֹת לָנוּ, שֶׁיֵּשׁ לָנוּ רְשׁוּת לִשְׁאֹל וּלְעַיֵּן וּלְהִסְתַּכֵּל בָּהֶם וְלָדַעַת בָּהֶם. אֲבָל הַנִּסְתָּרֹת לַה’ אֱלֹהֵינוּ, שֶׁלּוֹ הֵם, וְלוֹ נִרְאִים, שֶׁמִּי יָכוֹל לָדַעַת וּלְהִתְדַּבֵּק בְּדַעְתּוֹ הַנִּסְתֶּרֶת, וְכָל שֶׁכֵּן לִשְׁאֹל?
45. בֹּא וּרְאֵה, אֵין רְשׁוּת לִבְנֵי הָעוֹלָם לוֹמַר דְּבָרִים נִסְתָּרִים וּלְפָרְשָׁם, פְּרָט לַמְּנוֹרָה הַקְּדוֹשָׁה רַבִּי שִׁמְעוֹן, שֶׁהֲרֵי הַקָּדוֹשׁ בָּרוּךְ הוּא הִסְכִּים עַל יָדוֹ. וּמִשּׁוּם שֶׁדּוֹרוֹ רָשׁוּם לְמַעְלָה וּלְמַטָּה, וְעַל זֶה דְּבָרִים נֶאֱמָרִים בְּגָלוּי עַל יָדוֹ, וְלֹא יִהְיֶה דוֹר כְּדוֹר שֶׁהוּא שָׁרוּי בְּתוֹכוֹ, עַד שֶׁיָּבֹא מֶלֶךְ הַמָּשִׁיחַ.

Rabbi Aba and Rabbi Yehuda, continue the previous discussion quoting (Deuteronomy 29:28)
“הַנִּסְתָּרֹת–לַיהוָה, אֱלֹהֵינוּ; וְהַנִּגְלֹת לָנוּ וּלְבָנֵינוּ, עַד-עוֹלָם–לַעֲשׂוֹת, אֶת-כָּל-דִּבְרֵי הַתּוֹרָה הַזֹּאת.”
“The concealed things belong to YHVH our God, but the things revealed belong to us and to our sons forever, that we may observe all the words of this law.”
He said that the entire Torah has concealed and revealed aspects including the holy name. We can not grasp the knowledge of the concealed and explain it except for Rabbi Shimon because God gave him permission. His generation had merits to see and understand the secrets of the Torah and this knowledge won’t be understood until the time of Mashiach.
The Internet helps in spreading the Zohar all over the world. With every dedicated Zohar student the vessel for the knowledge of the Zohar grows and bring us closer to the revelation of Mashiach.
