73. בֹּא רְאֵה, אִם הָאִשָּׁה נִמְצֵאת זַכָּאִית, מַיִם אֵלֶּה נִכְנָסִים בְּתוֹכָהּ וְנֶהְפָּכִים לִמְתוּקִים, וּמְנַקִּים עַצְמָהּ, וְעוֹמְדִים בְּתוֹכָהּ עַד שֶׁמִּתְעַבֶּרֶת. כֵּיוָן שֶׁמִּתְעַבֶּרֶת, הָיוּ מְיַפִּים בְּיֹפִי לָעֻבָּר שֶׁבְּמֵעֶיהָ, וְיוֹצֵא בֵּן יָפֶה, נָקִי בְּלִי מוּם שֶׁל הָעוֹלָם. וְאִם לֹא – הַמַּיִם הָאֵלֶּה נִכְנָסִים בְּתוֹכָהּ, וּמְרִיחָה רֵיחַ זֻהֲמָה, וְאוֹתָם מַיִם מִתְהַפְּכִים לְנָחָשׁ בְּמֵעֶיהָ. בְּמַה שֶּׁקִּלְקְלָה נִתְפֶּסֶת, וְנִרְאֶה קָלוֹן לַכֹּל, וְכָךְ פֵּרְשׁוּהָ הַחֲבֵרִים.

Numbers 5:17
“וְלָקַח הַכֹּהֵן מַיִם קְדֹשִׁים בִּכְלִי חָרֶשׂ וּמִן הֶעָפָר אֲשֶׁר יִהְיֶה בְּקַרְקַע הַמִּשְׁכָּן יִקַּח הַכֹּהֵן וְנָתַן אֶל הַמָּיִם”
“and the priest shall take holy water in an earthenware vessel, and he shall take some of the dust that is on the floor of the tabernacle and put it into the water.”
Everything came from dust and goes back to dust, man and even the sun in the sky.

‘from the dust’ is simply Malchut, the soil of the earth, but the verse uses the dust that is from the floor of the Tabernacle’. It means that there’s a different type of dust.
To bring Light to the entire world, the Tabernacle is at the edge of Malchut. For that reason, at the bottom we find aspects of judgments holding strong at the level of Malchut. The priest takes from this dust and adds to the water to mix mercy and judgment. It will reveal the truth if the woman is unfaithful and connected to ‘foreign’ energy that contaminated her vessel.

Numbers 5:18
“וְהֶעֱמִיד הַכֹּהֵן אֶת הָאִשָּׁה לִפְנֵי יְהוָה וּפָרַע אֶת רֹאשׁ הָאִשָּׁה וְנָתַן עַל כַּפֶּיהָ אֵת מִנְחַת הַזִּכָּרוֹן מִנְחַת קְנָאֹת הִוא וּבְיַד הַכֹּהֵן יִהְיוּ מֵי הַמָּרִים הַמְאָרֲרִים”
“The priest shall then have the woman stand before YHVH and let the hair of the woman’s head go loose, and place the grain offering of memorial in her hands, which is the grain offering of jealousy, and in the hand of the priest is to be the water of bitterness that brings a curse.”

Malchut is a holy sea and rivers of sweet water that is the aspect of the sefirot of Zeir Anpin enter it. The ‘water’ that spread from Binah down through Zeir Anpin into the ‘sea’ in Malchut. The Snake and the first sin brought death into Malchut and cause the waters in the sea of Malchut to become cursed and bitter.

If the woman is clean from the accusation of being unfaithful, the water that the priest gives her to drink becomes sweet. She will have easy delivery, the child will come out beautiful, flawless and perfect in all aspects. If she was not faithful the water that she drinks becomes bitter and turns into Snake inside of her. Her sin becomes visible and everyone can recognize her shame.
Lesson;
The first sin was that Eve had a ‘unification’ with the Snake. She then unified with Adam but before the Light of Binah revealed for the first Shabbat. Eve delivered Cain that was from the impurity of the Snake and Abel from the pure side of Adam.
The unfaithful woman has the aspect of connecting to the Snake bringing death and bitterness to the water. Like Eve on the first day, she brings judgment and death aspect from the Snake. If an unfaithful woman admits her wrong connection to the ‘other-side’, she is divorced from her husband to avoid corruption of future unification. If she lies to her husband and to the priest then the water would she drinks from the hands of the priest would deform her body and in time she may even die.
The unification of man and woman should be pure with the support of positive energy to draw light from Binah. When the unification is for having children then the type and purity of their connection affect the amniotic fluid. For that reason, doctors check the amniotic fluid to find out if there are any abnormalities in the pregnancy. This water is called ׳מי שפיר׳ in Hebrew. It means ‘water of wellness/health/good’. This is a proper name that describes the energy that supports the development of the baby.
We understand that water is a conduit of Light. The growth of a fetus must be in the water and in a concealed place so the soul can enter the physical body.
